Loved this location. Visited on Saturday, May 17, 2025 in late afternoon and the gentleman working that shift was great. My rice steak bowl was fantastic. My mom hit the same thing and also loved. Thank you for great service.

Not welcoming at all. I've gone there several times as it's closer to my home then the other location in town. About a month ago I had a sandwich artist complain about how much work it is to add extra toppings and sauces, and how we make their lives miserable. Like where is the customer service and why are the workers complaining to me about what I'm asking for? It's not that complicated to add extra tomatoes. Then the next few times like today I've gone there and the guy says he's closing half an hour early because the manager gave him permission. I'm sorry but why is this always seeming to happen when I go to this location?? I get it may not be busy but they should be cutting the subway hours entirely then instead of me having to assume I have to be there way before close. I live half an 20 minutes off the highway and it's quite frustrating when I drive all the way and I'm told I can't have my order.

The staff person at subway were overworked and struggling, and I watched the two Shell staff just lean back and watch without helping as people yelled. The subway staff was doing the best they could- yest those two staff members at shell Sat, texted and tapped for 15 minutes. Terrible team attitude. Horrible. I will never buy gas there again. . The subway person was doing their best.

Ordered through the application and went in while subs were still being prepared. The employee preparing my crispy chicken sub shorted the portioned amount, taking a large piece away upon second glance, leaving one half of my sub with little to no chicken. I ordered the meal and explained there were app issues and it didn't let me select the milk option for my wife, which I left in the additional notes option of the app, I was told the app was wrong and milk was an additional surcharge.
I personally will think to opt for other restaurants in the future due to this experience.

I ordered a sandwich and asked for it to be toasted, it was barely toasted, and the sandwich was soggy. I was excited about trying the new crispy sandwich but this place killed it for me. The crispy chicken sandwich was a disgrace. The employee working there, a younger gentlemen, he was very arrogant and in a rush to make my sandwich when there wasn’t even anyone else there buying the food. Will not be returning to this location, period.
