Worse place to go with children. Women with short hair I believe owns the business is dressed inappropriate ( with her lady’s half hanging out) and the gentlemen who works there has a trash mouth and treats his staff horrible. Not to mention made a sexual comment to my 18 year old daughter about the outfit she was wearing. Watch your children when at this establishment. Just disgusting. People who run a store like this that attract children shouldn't be dressed the way she was or shouldn’t be making comment to young women like he was. He is lucky I didn’t report him to the police. We just left without purchasing anything. Treat your staff better and dress better for a business. Shame on you

I'm a Bracebridge resident and went there to get about 6 balloons filled with helium. I felt bad for the young lady working there, she did her best but she didn't know what she was doing and it probably took an hour - which is way too long (there weren't any other customers). She was very nervous and trying her best (but obviously needed more training or assistance). She had to contact her bosses (who I assume are the owners) for pricing which is fine and they ended up showing up in the store but didn't say hi to me or ask if I needed anything else, but saw me waiting quite awhile with my one-year old. After at least 20-30 minutes I left, walked around, moved my car and came back and she still wasn't done. The bosses/owners never went up and helped her. Anyways it was a waste of my time and very expensive to get balloons filled - which one popped getting into my car (not their fault) and one must have a leak as it has lost a lot of helium. Next time I will be going to the flower shop to get balloons filled with helium.

The owners are very nice and so welcoming. They have kawarthas ice cream which is always delicious. They have muskoka coffee which is also very good. Definitely suggest stopping in.

Many choice of flavours and super friendly staff. Highly recommend one scoop of the cappuccino and another scoop of Muskoka latte!
