My partner and I went out for a date night, and we were greeted very politely. Everything was fine until I received my food. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal to let the waitress know that my chicken was pink. This wasn’t the first time I had encountered pink chicken at this restaurant; during the past summer, it happened five times over different visits. The last time I was reassured that it was safe to eat, so I did eat it and ended up getting salmonella.
Assuming it wouldn't be an issue this time, I ordered the chicken again. When I informed the waitress that my chicken was pink, she took it back to recook it. I then went to the washroom, leaving my partner at the table. When I returned, I was surprised to find my chicken wrapped in a paper bag. I noticed that my dinner plate was cleared, even though I hadn’t finished my meal.
To my shock, we were then asked to leave because I had complained about the pink chicken. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I was just trying to enjoy a lovely night out with my partner and had even planned to order dessert, but that didn’t happen. I truly don’t understand why we were kicked out; I didn’t make a huge deal about the chicken.

Unfortunately a Customer cannot use the Swiss Chalet App to get a 2 can Dine for $20.99 Promo. Canada Post on Strike for 25 days so we didn't have any Coupons. We were told that the App could only be used for Take Out and not Dine In. Asked to Speak to Manager but apparently he wasn't their. Don't think I will return.

My family and i had dinner at swiss chalet and i have mention sukh, our manager. He was attentive and made great recommendations. The chicken was delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy. We felt very well taken care of
