Swiss Chalet

Refused service to my friend because she had a service animal despite it being illegal to refuse service animals inside of establishments in Ontario. This was extremely disappointing and ruined our evening plans.

Recently visited again after being away for college and dear good the service and food have gone down so much in quality. The vibe of the place hasn’t changed much but it’s run down. The plates are chipped, the silverware is not polished, and the cups have that foggy look to them. The chicken kaiser meal used to be my favourite but what I was served last week was not nearly enough for what they are charging and serving. I work in a bar so i’m inclined to tip because I know what it was but the attitude that our server had? That was enough to make me never want to come back. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

They refused service to someone with a service dog. Very illegal and unprofessional.

My daughter, son-in-law, grandson and myself ate dinner here on December 23rd. I wasn't overly impressed with the chicken dinner I received as it was dry and seamed to taste like it was under the heat lamp for a while. However, the service was EXCELLENT! Our server, Coral, was a real gem. Friendly, attentive and a marvelous sense of humour. We really enjoyed interacting with her and I'm sure if I had mentioned my disappointment with my food, she would've promptly replaced it.

Their potato soup was so good I went back the next day for more

Went in to get chicken soup to go at 5pm tonight, ordered and paid for the order waited 5mins and then was told that they were out of soup. The counter person should have made sure they had the product before selling it.

My sister and I went out for dinner today and our waitress Brenlynn was absolutely amazing.
I can’t stress it enough on how sweet and lovely she was.
My sisters spin dip was burnt but because of her we didn’t even care just because ow how apologetic she was for something out of her control.
I’d say she deserves a raise.
Food was almost as good as our service with Brenlynn!!! (Hope I spelt her name right!)

Coral was amazing, her service was number one she always smiled and very polite. Gave toys for the kids, very professional at her job. Coral is a five star employee at Swiss chalet Bracebridge. Way to go.Coral you are the best. Crawford's. Thanks Coral
