Really bad service. Essentially pay and get the hell out. There aren't many seats outside and they have no washrooms. They're out of many of the flavors of smoothies, ice cream and sorbert people wanted. I heard someone ask about US currency exchange and it was dollar for dollar. Cash only where they shove an atm there so they can make extra money on it. They are prejudicial since they allowed another family to eat inside. Portions are small compared to other locations I've been to in big cities and small. I'd support local anywhere but this shop. The other locals and businesses were amazing. This one just really missed the mark and is a shame to the town.

Prices are good as the serving size is generous. Problem I have is that they only accept cash and they kicked us out and wouldn’t let us eat inside - it wasn’t busy and it was very hot outside. Just thought the service was very poor.

Ice cream was nice and portions size ok. CASH ONLY with no signs saying so is not helpful. Also the smell of bleach was overpowering as you enter. Good to know it's clean but not nice.

Went there today as I'm from out of town. I ordered 2 scoops which weren't the worst in size. Ice cream.and atmosphere are fine. I asked the girl behind the counter which flavor she recommended and she was fine. Both girls were smiling. The only issue I have is that my scoop of ice cream.dropped off the scooper and onto the glass, to which she just scooped it off the glass and into the cup. Not good!! I see a lot of reviews and ironically I don't see really any responses from the owners which is extremely disappointing and speaks volumes on the importance of their ratings and reputation.

Ice cream is good. The only negative aspect is that they accept cash only, they have an ATM machine inside their shop. It charged $2 extra fee to extract cash.
We only give a 3 but I don't know how it is.There was no parking spot and because of my hip I can't walk far. Maybe when my hip is fixed I will make it back there.It looks like a cute lil Welcoming place :)

Worst customer service ever like they do not want to be there and do not know what the customer service is at all. Constant rude attitude towards our group. Spent tons, three people working at that time but did not know how to keep track all that orders. Limited availability. Would not recommend to others nor going to revisit. Just plain ice creams nothing special.
