Worst customer service ever like they do not want to be there and do not know what the customer service is at all. Constant rude attitude towards our group. Spent tons, three people working at that time but did not know how to keep track all that orders. Limited availability. Would not recommend to others nor going to revisit. Just plain ice creams nothing special.

Bad tasting ice cream, it tasted cheap, really disappointing considering that there is way better ice cream up the street across from the theater. also no debit machine, but they have an ATM machine they charge you 2.50 to use. What a joke

Reeked of bleach inside the place. Cash only? What are we in the 60’s? I’m all for cash but not “cash only” … and then nick me 2.5$ at the atm inside the place ?. 0 tip , don’t recommend . Ice cream mediocre.

Was there this past Sat afternoon for frozen yogurt. Told they only had 2 of the fruits available. This is the 4th time going in this past month and always issues. Either they clean the yogurt machine almost 45 mins before closing, out of product or serving size are getting ridiculous. 8$ for frozen yogurt with frozen fruit in a little baggy that could of easily been scoped up and measured. I can't remember if there was 4 or 5 staff... 3 just standing there... Honestly time to find somewhere else.

The servers were not it, they seemed like they did not wanna be there. They could atleast talk a little more nicer. Right after we got the ice cream we got kicked out from the store because we cant eat inside, least u could do is not make our ice cream melt HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
