I’ve had a lot of pizzas in 60 years. This is my favourite. The crust tastes so good.

I've always said my favorite pizza was while I was in Naples Italy.... until today when we stopped and had a sourdough crust pizza. OMG!!!! best pizza

This is my favourite place in the Muskokas. The pizzas are fantastic, but what has me going there several times a week is the bakery items. Their sour dough bread is excellent, but I am absolutely addicted to their sour dough English muffins, their scones, their ginger cookies and their butter tarts. Every single thing I've tried here has been a 10/10.

Vegetarian options: In addition to several vegetarian pizzas, they sometimes have some frozen items in the freezer such as really good mac and cheese.

Parking: There's a lot with lots of room in front

Kid-friendliness: Their pizzas are a hit with my kids, as are their pastries. If the weather is nice, you can eat at the tables outside, but we usually get take out.

First time for me in Canada to eat pizza baked in a fire wood oven. So good experience.

The breads are wonderful, we take butter with us and eat them in the car.
I will never understand tho, why a place that sells pizza opens after the traditional lunch time at 1pm instead of at 11 or 12.

My first impression of this business had me pretty excited to try their pizza. It’s a neat looking place with a great concept. Everyone seemed super nice. I’m noticing that most people have rave reviews about the pizza so my opinion will likely be unpopular. The sourdough crust was the best thing about it. However, maybe we should not have ordered “roasted” red peppers, as they seemed to come out in more of a boiled state which turned it into a juicy/floppy mess. The red onions were in more of raw state and the pepperoni was pretty wet (no crisp whatsoever)- all problems that can be solved by implementing some heat overtop. I used to say I’ve never had a bad pizza, and I appreciate so many different types, but this is the first time ever that I could only take down one slice and abandon the rest.

If you're reading this review, don't miss your opportunity to try the best pizza you'll likely ever experience. Our family feels great after eating it too, which is far from how we usually do after having a slice elsewhere. They were even kind enough to entertain my sons curiosity by going above and beyond. You can tell the staff are proud of where they work, and the product they offer, as everyone was upbeat with a smile. Keep up the great work, I hope to introduce all my family & friends to you over the years!

By far the best pizza in Muskoka! We walked in and they were busy, but the pizzas still only took 15 minutes. They move fast in there! We also took home some organic wholewheat sourdough bread and were very pleased. It is finally nice to have a place that makes traditional sourdough bread. Thank you to everyone at The Oven for making Bracebridge a better place.

This spot was recommended to us by a local and it did not disappoint! We created our own pizza and the girl working let us try the buffalo mozzarella before adding it to the pizza, so good! Really enjoyed this spot and hope to come back next time we are in the area!

This place is a must-visit for pizza lovers. The standout feature is their amazing sourdough crust, which is perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. Each bite is a testament to the care and quality put into their baking process. The friendly and welcoming service further enhances the dining experience, making you feel right at home. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is a gem.
