Closed way before their hours say they close. Several people standing out front as well confused, manager has the front doors locked and it’s literally half an hour before they’re supposed to close…
Dear owner: Maybe hire someone who is more concerned about running the business properly than they are about getting home to their video games

I just never get what I order. From every T.H not just this one. I take a Steep tea, 1 cream, 1 sugar. EVERY TIME they put reg and I always end up with Coffee, I hate coffee !

This is the slowest service tims I have ever been to. I attend here often. It's always a long wait to be served both drive through and dine in. Staff are friendly but extremely slow to attend or aknowledge you.

We ordered at the kiosk when you walk in. It was a family of five large order. So i expected a wait not a problem... There was ay least 25 others waiting for orders. Half orders were being handed out. We recieved our hot food and it was another 10 mins for our drinks. The manager didn't take control at all. Mobile orders, kiosk orders, drive through are way too much for this location. Shut down the kiosk or something to get caught up. Get manager that can get his staff through the weeds. Good lord!!!!

Staff yelling at each other, guy behind counter didn’t want to be there, cups all over ground, dirty and got my order wrong. This is exactly why I don’t use Tim’s anymore. Good luck
