Very dirty location. Spilled drink by the cash register had dried, had to have been there days. Floors not swept etc. But lots of employees chatting behind the counter. I understand these places get busy but shouldn't be this dirty at 8am

Watched them take bacon off my sandwich because four pieces of 5 second ready crisp bacon is apparently to much bacon on a $7.50 bagel.

The washrooms here are absolutely filthy I almost walked out of the bathroom stall after walking in - toilet seat was covered in old pee I had to wet a piece of toilet paper in the sink and wipe it down my self because it had been there for some time and wasn't cleaned - would've left to use a different washroom but really had to go so I feel like I had no choice- service was slow to they were to focused on the drive through not any of the people that were in the store

Closed way before their hours say they close. Several people standing out front as well confused, manager has the front doors locked and it’s literally half an hour before they’re supposed to close… Dear owner: Maybe hire someone who is more concerned about running the business properly than they are about getting home to their video games

I just never get what I order. From every T.H not just this one. I take a Steep tea, 1 cream, 1 sugar. EVERY TIME they put reg and I always end up with Coffee, I hate coffee !
