I stopped by this Tim Hortons for a quick bite before a meeting, and I was really impressed with the service—especially from Josiah. He went above and beyond with his in-house hospitality. My order was quite large, and I forgot to include wedges. When I asked if I had ordered them, he said I hadn't but kindly offered to bring some on the house, delivering them right to my table. His promptness and attention to customer care made the dine-in experience excellent. Overall, the speed of service, hospitality, and cleanliness were all top-notch. Great job to the team—and especially to Josiah!

Served me americano with vanilla syrup when ordered cappuccino decaf with vanilla syrup. I am not allowed caffiene as i'm a breastfeeding mother. I even stopped there to feed my baby. I took the first sip when i left the shop and noticed it wasnt what i ordered. We ordered in drive thru line. This was totally unexpected. Pathetic service. My husband received his cappuccino but they gave me americano. The staff needs training. They just ignored it when we specifically mentioned cappuccino for both orders. How am i supposed to take a refund or replace it now due to this mistake done by their staff

I go thru the drive thru daily and the girls are wonderful. Today (Saturday of long weekend)my husband went into the store. Staff didn't really speak or answer questions and didn't confirm order or tell total price just put debit machine in front of me. Tiles on walls are asking off and washroom was disgusting. It was dirty toilet paper all over the place except in the holder and hand dryer didn't work and nothing to dry hands. Very disappointing as the weekday drive thru staff are fantastic. But management need to really look at the cleanliness of the staff and the weekend staffs behaviors.

There needs to be an exit mid drive thru for people who need to get out. There is also a hornet nest starting to develop on the drive thru display / intercom. Drive thru should also be limited to what can be ordered ie drinks, bagels, muffins and cookies. Meals, pizzas and other items that take longer should be an inside only order.

They first served me a cold coffee, and when I asked for a replacement, they gave me one that was overly milky and watery. I didn’t bother asking for another change — just didn’t enjoy it at all.
