I stopped by this Tim Hortons for a quick bite before a meeting, and I was really impressed with the service—especially from Josiah. He went above and beyond with his in-house hospitality. My order was quite large, and I forgot to include wedges. When I asked if I had ordered them, he said I hadn't but kindly offered to bring some on the house, delivering them right to my table. There needs to be an exit mid drive thru for people who need to get out. There is also a hornet nest starting to develop on the drive thru display / intercom. Drive thru should also be limited to what can be ordered ie drinks, bagels, muffins and cookies. Meals, pizzas and other items that take longer should be an inside only order.
