Enjoyed our second stay here. Friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms. Text communication to concierge with daily info and able to ask any questions. Beautiful views. Highly recommend!
Absolutely horrible stay - cleaning is beyond lacking - do NOT stay here if you have any allergies to mold, mildew or dust! I never complain about a stay but this was beyond disgusting. And the lack of care or concern form management, front desk or housekeeping was disgusting..
They offered to move us to a “new” “clean” room - what a joke it was even more dusty than the first room.
And apparently cleaning does not have brooms- so don’t ask. I dunno but...read full review
