We came in for a meal 4 people, have been here on several occasions before had mediocre experiences but, today was the last visit we will have here. We were placed at a table and began to place our orders, food started coming to the table (last part of the order first) we waited and waited, asked where the rest of the food was as one of us didn’t receive any food yet. They said they will look into it we waited again another 30 minutes passed still nothing.
Asked again now very annoyed they came and wrote down all the missing food and went back and we waited again another 25 minutes then finally the food arrived.
I told the waitress that we shouldn’t be charged for her meal as they had taken so long to bring it out and choose not to make it a priority to serve her yet food was pouring out for other tables that had arrived long after us. The waitress said she would comp 5% off of the bill I told her that was unacceptable as we have given them years of business and I was very disappointed.
Horrible customer service they do not care about the customer they only care about making money. Very disappointing.

Rolls were good but not very well assembled. Some kept falling apart as they were picked up. Seems like they were made in a rush and not made with care. The rest of the meal was good and pickup was on time.

I had to come on here and write a review. This place has 0 customer service very very bad. I was there for lunch with a friend we ordered what we wanted to eat and of course we didn’t get everything we ordered and when we asked where is the rest of the order their response to us was finish this first and we bring the rest? R u kidding me?
I had to ask for my bill to leave. They food and the service is very very bad. Never going back there again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

We ordered takeout.the prices are reasonable and the food is always delicious. The only issue I have is every time I have order or at least the last few times, I get a text message saying to pick up my food in 20 mins and 1hr later it is still not ready! All I ask is to stick to the time you say it should be ready or only make me wait 10 minutes.oh and make sure you look at your receipt they add the tip automatically.

From being placed to sit where the ground contained scattered crushed edamame, to the disappointing bento box, to not being offered or served wasabi and ginger, to the maki rolls disintegrating before the chopsticks could reach my mouth, to the watered down miso soup, I had a not so good first impression of this place. Really wanted to give it more stars. But I don’t think I will be a returning customer.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I hate giving negative feedback. However, my last delivery order was outrageous. Protien portions were way too small (and I'm reasonable). They didn't give me the extra soy sauce, etc... that I requested. And there was zero taste. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this establishment to anyone that I know of.
Tablet ordering which is great. Food served quickly. Good portions.

I’ve never written a review but I need to let everyone know that This place is disgusting. Terrible food. They are so cheap with the salmon, their rolls are small, food is not cooked. Manager was so rude started yelling at the back when I retuned my food. I will never go back to this place. DON’T GO
