Tried ur food truck today and it was a total waste of money ur coleslaw or salad whatever you call it had no flavour at all. The beams were even worse and your sliced brisket was almost all fat $34 don’t waste your money going here u will be disappointed.

I tried Big Texas for the first time at the Alliston Rib Fest, and I must say, it is by far the best barbecue I've had. I got their ribs and pulled pork with a side of baked beans, and it was all so delicious and very filling, I got to take some home to enjoy again later. I highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already

OMG, that was delish! I can't say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service that Ricky and his staff are all about. My family cannot move...that's how stuff we are. The taste is great! You gotta try folks!

Don’t waste your time or money. Ordered the platter for 4 and was really disappointed. Everything was completely flavourless. Ribs…yuk, no taste, bland meat with way too much sauce poured all over it. Same thing with the chicken, it was so dry, literally no taste and a ton of bbq sauce drenching it, trying to distract away from the lack of flavour. Brisket was bland as well, just not worth it, even the bbq sauce is flavourless, just very sweet. The best part was the corn bread, if you want corn bread this is the place to go!

I ordered 10 lbs of the brisket as well as cornbread and BBQ sauce for a special birthday dinner. The food had everyone raving about it! Rick was great to deal with. Many of our guests will be going there now. Bradford‘s best kept secret may not be a secret for long!

Great food overall, the brisket was fantastic as well as the ribs, macaroni &cheese was really good as well, the pulled pork was ok but a bit too sweet for me. The staff was really nice even when this was for take out.I will definitely try to dine in the next time.

Delicious melt in your mouth smoked meat. 2 meat combo was perfect. Obviously I went with the brisket and ribs. Now I've been thinking about it all morning. Can't wait to go back and try the wings too. Probably take a pound of brisket to go. Keep up the great work guys!!!
I always love the food here and I was so happy to see that they have opened up again. This is one of the best, if not the best place in Canada to get good Southern BBQ. The service is also really good and that it's family run and owned only makes this place better.While I'll miss the open space and the live music, I love the cosy indoor vibes they have going on.Their Brisket and their Ribs (Beef and Pork) are so good and the meat just falls off the bones. Their cornbread is also amazing.Needless to say, I'll be back for more. ?

Wow! I was not expecting that. I got the Ribs,Brisket,Beans and Slaw and it was the best BBQ I’ve had in Canada and probably top 5 I’ve ever had and I’ve had BBQ all over the states. A must try!

You have to check out this restaurant!My boyfriend and I walked past the place and it smelled incredible! We both spontaneously decided to try it out. Right away we were kindly greeted and were taken care of. The staff are very personable and make you feel right at home. We both appreciated the country rock music that was playing and the environment of the restaurant too. Now the food was definitely our favorite. It was so full of flavor, the right amount of Smokey and the perfect serving size. The gentleman that took care of us got me liking Baked Beans and I've never been a fan up until now! The pulled pork over fries were DELICIOUS! We also tried the cornbread and the poutine. I have to say that Texas BBQ's poutine is my new favorite. As we were eating it the gentleman told us that the gravy is actually vegetarian! I would have never guessed. The cornbread is baked fresh too! We are 100% coming back and telling everyone to try Texas BBQ!!!
