We use AAA Canadian pork farmers. Our pork ribs are cut st. Louis style and smoked for 4-5 hours, then glazed with our signature texas BBQ sauce. The half rack is 6 large rib bones.
Pulled Pork
Our pulled pork comes from AAA Alberta pork farmers slow-smoked for 12 hours until tender & juicy then dressed with our texas BBQ sauce.

1 full rack BBQ ribs, 1lb. Pulled pork, 1/2 BBQ chicken, smoked sausage, plus 1 large baked bean, 1 large coleslaw & 2 cornbread mini-loafs, and BBQ sauce.

I tried Big Texas for the first time at the Alliston Rib Fest, and I must say, it is by far the best barbecue I've had. I got their ribs and pulled pork with a side of baked beans, and it was all so delicious and very filling, I got to take some home to enjoy again later. I highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already

OMG, that was delish! I can't say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service that Ricky and his staff are all about. My family cannot move...that's how stuff we are. The taste is great! You gotta try folks!

I ordered 10 lbs of the brisket as well as cornbread and BBQ sauce for a special birthday dinner. The food had everyone raving about it! Rick was great to deal with. Many of our guests will be going there now. Bradford‘s best kept secret may not be a secret for long!
