Stopped in tonight , 2 large kids parties was extra loud dont mind kids out but running through restaurant and screaming was too much. Not Chuckie Cheese!! Our food arrived Luke warm only ate part felt would be too busy to send back. Very disappointing

This restaurant needs to stopp! I’ve been a few times so far and each time the experience just leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth quite literally. I ordered 2 small pizzas, pepperoni and the meat lovers (mind you about 4 slices) and they took about an hour. The pepperoni was okay just a standard pizza,but the meatlovers looked nothing like the photo and like they had slapped lunchables ham on top which was about 95% of it. Definitely wasn’t a favourite . Recently I’ve been with a friend and oh my goodness never again, I got the spinach artichoke dip and it was so clumpy! Not even the spinach part but the cheese dip itself…i replaced them with fries but i still had to pay 17 dollars for the original appetizer,so i basically paid 17 dollars for fries?? Each time i go there’s an issue with my food please fix this!!

I placed an online pickup order, paid for it and received a confirmation saying it would be ready in 20 minutes. Their website said they were open. Google said they were open. I drove 25 minutes to the location, only to find the restaurant completely closed.

No notice, no update, no cancellation—just wasted time, gas, and effort. This is beyond frustrating and shows a total lack of basic management and respect for customers. If you’re going to accept online orders, at the very least make sure your hours are accurate.

Pathetic experience.

Stopped in for a business lunch, placebos big with a patio. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Food is typical chain restaurant style and taste . Ordered a shareable appetizer as well as pasta and chicken club sandwich, each was prepared well

Terrible service , took 5 requests for water that should have been at table , and to top it off manager gave accidental discount , I was showed the discount and told it was okay to not worry about it then 5 minutes later asked to pay the discount after I had paid the bill. I refused to pay for their mistake after I was told to not worry about their mistake , afterwards all I got was dirty looks from blue shirt manager .

I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so bad, I would be doing a public service. This experience doesn’t even deserve 1 STAR!
I arrived at this restaurant expecting to have a nice meal with my kids. Instead, we spent 45 minutes sitting at a table with absolutely no sign of staff servicing us! Not a single staff member acknowledged our existence.
I see it’s a busy day but it doesn’t excuse this behaviour- No water, no “we’ll be right with you”— NOTHING.
Eventually, we just got up and left. I would recommend just going anywhere else but this place. This was extremely humiliating and am definitely never coming back!

Use to me good before, ordered online and specified to pick up at 6:35. But not ready until 6:52….. what’s the point to order online then…..

Kitchen basically serving all the orders in house.

I saw that they already have the wings ready and put that on the table and sat for 18 min.... by the time when I was home. All cold.

To be fair the pasta still tasted good.

Sadly, the wait time really ruined the mood of dinner.

I never experienced that when I didn't pay in advanced during the online order. The food always ready on time, prepared, and I can just paid and go.

But since the online order removed the pay at pick up. I have to wait every time from 5-18 min now from the time I specified to pick up. I really upset about the wait when it is more than 10 min.

Still love the food they serve, but when time is tight, I will consider some where else.
