A few days ago, I ordered pick-up: Meat Lover, BBQ Chicken pizzas, and Fried Chicken. They were delicious, and my friends and I really enjoyed them!

Did not have a very good experience at the BP location ; although have had very positive ones at many other BP locations.

Service: was very slow and unattentative despite restaurant not being busy. After being seated by a host/manager , we did not receive any contact from a server for ~ 20 minutes - despite server walking by us a few times - just completely ignored. This despite there were only 2 other tables seated on our side. Normal practice even in the most basic of customer service is to acknowledge your customers presence and let them know you’ll be with them soon.

Food: Boston Pizza food is generally good and my family enjoys it. However the food we received at this particular location does not taste as fresh, or as well executed as we have had at others. On top of this - and this may be bad luck - there was a dead fly melted into the cheese of one of our dishes. After seeing this , we all lost our appetite and felt sick about the food we did consume. This likely can happen anywhere and may be an unfortunate accident - but this will lead us to not dining here again.

The manager/host was very kind and professional and did take care of the situation when brought to his attention.

Met an old friend for dinner at this location, and was very impressed with our server MARTINA! She was fantastic and made our experience wonderful. She was attentive without being pushy, always smiling and friendly, and very accommodating with our requests. If management is reading this, Martina is definitely an asset to your business, so be sure to keep her.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, from the parking lot to the front foyer.

5 stars for just the food, But.. We were excited to try the new halal menu options. We were served hot food but at the cost of a very long wait time. Everything from drinks to food took a minimum of 30min for drinks and over an hour combined for food despite the restaurant being half empty. I was told the reason for the delay was they have to keep the halal options seperate from the non halal options which was appreciated but can definitely do better on time management.
Would go back just for the halal options not the service.

We went to Boston Pizza tonight, we were greeted almost immediately and sat super fast.
We ordered a Bandera bread app which came out fairly quickly and tasted absolutely amazing.
Our order got taken, she ordered Jumbalaya Fettuccine with extra marinara and I ordered Chicken Penne with extra Alfredo sauce and baked cheese on top. After she took our order she came back to reconfirm the order with us and tell us the price difference for if we got garlic bread or garlic cheese bread which we ordered as an add-on and we decided to get the extra one as garlic bread. Our entire order was written down when she took our order and then she also reconfirmed.
When the food was brought out, mine had mushrooms, onions and tomatoes in it, which i had specifically requested to her 2-3 times that it wasn't on there, but no problem mistakes happen that's okay. I asked for it to be remade because I unfortunately do not eat many varieties of things. I ordered it with the cheese bread upgrade and asked for them to remake the cheese bread as well since I had wanted it with the pasta originally ( that's the whole reason I get cheese bread, is to dip with the pasta )
Next thing I know she brings me back the cheese bread and I reiterate what I told the gentleman who took it back originally. Then she tells me she might have to charge me for it since I already was brought the bread that I sent back ( ? at this point it seemed like she blamed me to the kitchen and didn't want to take responsibility for the mistake )
Anyways, we get it back afterwards and get the cheese bread remade ( which we were never informed on what was even going on with everything )
then we get the food, and it's LATHERED in luke warm sauce and has no baked cheese which is around 3.49 extra. Our server never checked on us to make sure everything was okay or anything like that. 20 minutes pass and she comes by the table and I asked her if there was baked cheese on it because I didn't see it, but maybe I missed it so I just wanted to be sure. She said she didn't see it either and turned away as I was trying to say something, she walked up to that gentleman ( I assume the manager i don't really know ) and used hand air quotations and went to the machine instantly, I wasn't given any information on what was happening, nor was it really resolved.
I normally don't have issues, and I was still really nice through all of it, we barely saw our server the entire night even when there was only 1 other table in the start when we arrived.
The air quotations were quite rude after she looked and agreed with us that there wasn't baked cheese, and the overall condescending attitude was really an experience killer for us.
We were planning to get dessert right from the start but ended up just heading down the road to Crepestar and had a much better end to our night.

The picture is the first one we received which was made with the vegetables in it, it looked very appetizing outside and you can see there is baked cheese.
The video is the remake that was sent out being lathered in luke warm sauce and no baked cheese.
You can also see her pasta didn't have extra marinara like she had ordered as well.

Stopped in for dinner tonight. Our server, Owen was polite and quick. The triple play appetizer was fantastic, we both loved every bite. We ordered from the new holiday menu, “Seasons Eatings”. The Tour of Italy was spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo and breaded fried chicken, couldn’t finish it but thoroughly enjoyed it. Wifey had the sweet and smokey ravioli and said it was excellent. The place was super clean, hostess, manager and waiter were great. It wasn’t overly crowded and it wasn’t super loud. Will definitely be back.

Our go to when we don’t want to overthink where we’re headed - Boston Pizza never disappoints. We also like the patio on those warmer nights. Staff are always friendly and the food is great!
