Terrible service , took 5 requests for water that should have been at table , and to top it off manager gave accidental discount , I was showed the discount and told it was okay to not worry about it then 5 minutes later asked to pay the discount after I had paid the bill. I refused to pay for their mistake after I was told to not worry about their mistake , afterwards all I got was dirty looks from blue shirt manager .

I donât normally write reviews, but this experience was so bad, I would be doing a public service. This experience doesnât even deserve 1 STAR! I arrived at this restaurant expecting to have a nice meal with my kids. Instead, we spent 45 minutes sitting at a table with absolutely no sign of staff servicing us! Not a single staff member acknowledged our existence. I see itâs a busy day but it doesnât excuse this behaviour- No water, no âweâll be right with youââ NOTHING. Eventually, we just got up and left. I would recommend just going anywhere else but this place. This was extremely humiliating and am definitely never coming back!

Kitchen basically serving all the orders in house.
I saw that they already have the wings ready and put that on the table and sat for 18 min.... by the time when I was home. All cold.
To be fair the pasta still tasted good.
Sadly, the wait time really ruined the mood of dinner.
I never experienced that when I didn't pay in advanced during the online order. The food always ready on time, prepared, and I can just paid and go.
But since the online order removed the pay at pick up. I have to wait every time from 5-18 min now from the time I specified to pick up. I really upset about the wait when it is more than 10 min.
Still love the food they serve, but when time is tight, I will consider some where else.

We recently visited Boston Pizza and had a fantastic experience. Alicia, the new manager, truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure our family had everything we needed. We loved the warm atmosphere she created, and itâs clear sheâs going to do a great job leading the team. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service, and weâll definitely be back.

I enjoy Boston Pizzaâs baked mushroom spinach pasta and have tried it multiple times at various locations in the Greater Toronto Area as take-out. Most of my experiences have been consistent and satisfactory. However, my recent visit to the Brantford location was disappointing. The pasta was undercooked and had an unpleasant raw texture. Additionally, there were only a few small pieces of mushrooms, which I could count on one hand. The dish lacked sufficient sauce, was undercooked, and had no vegetables. I will not order from this location again, as I was very disappointed with my meal.

Boston Pizza never disappoints! The pizza was loaded with flavor, the appetizers were crispy and addictive, and the service was friendly and fast. Perfect spot for a casual night out or catching the game. Will definitely be back! Moreover, whole staff is doing a great job and the manager (Abhishek) is really friendly and provide best service to their guests. I would like to come again to this amazing place.

Flat soda and very slow service. The pizza doesnât even taste like pizza and resembles the taste and texture of something frozen except you pay $32 plus tax and tip for a pie. Very sad to see a once enjoyed sports bar turning into a laughable establishment.
