So about a year and a half ago I went to brick and fire for dinner, was such a great experience so I decided I wanted to take my boyfriend there today. I guess a year and a half makes a huge difference to not only service but good quality as well. When we sat down we were put in the tiniest table at the very corner by the door, even though the space was virtually empty and I had made a reservation. Our server took our order within 10 minutes of us sitting at 6 (so 6:10) I ordered a gnocchi and my boyfriend ordered a pizza. Both with no protein on them. After sitting for the first half hour tables started filling up. The tables that had sat significantly after us received entrees before ours came out 5 minutes before the 1 hour mark. The food itself was quite awful and I don’t say that often. It’s genuinely hard to mess up margarita pizza and gnocchi but hey they found a way. The pizza was incredibly doughy, to the point where he left all the crust (never once have I seen him leave food on a plate when we go out) and the gnocchi was supposed to be in a white wine sauce, which I could not taste at all, the only thing I could taste was a very mild butter flavour that had turned incredibly grainy. Neither of us finished our meals. We stacked our plates at the edge of the table. The server walked past 3 times before clearing it. However at the beginning of the service cleared the complimentary bread away before we were done eating and without even asking if we were done. As someone who works in this industry for sure wasn’t my favourite dinner experience. Atmosphere is nice overall it’s a well set up place, but they clearly don’t have much regard for customer satisfaction.

Went with some friends for a weekday lunch which was excellent. Our meals were above average with a good selection of beers, wines and their Green Cola beverage. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Great little spot hidden in a seemingly boring plaza. Definitely worth visiting for great wood fired pizza, pasta and seafood. Will definitely be returning to this location.Vegetarian options: Able to accommodate vegetarianDietary restrictions: Able to accommodate gluten intolerance

We were rhere tinight. The food was very good. Mussels were so small, do not recommend. The place would have been more enjoyable if we had better service. We wanted more drinks, and didnt bother because they werent attentive.We didn't get asked how our food was until we were done. We could see our server was so busy and trying the best. Honestly, would have been a better experience if the service was better. Will not be back . Sorry

Do not use open table to book here. We booked on open table and have a confirmed reservation and the restaurant isn’t even set up yet. Very disappointing experience.

It's very personal place . The owners work there. All our food was really good.Treated our big group really well. The staff are all really knowledgeable. Bartenders know their game. The staff take their job seriously and it shows.
