Please DO NOT visit Burger King in Bradford with your family on a cold winter day/night as you will freeze! This location had very low heat and my family was so uncomfortable eating inside... should have taken out but their food doesn't taste good cold by the time driving home.

We ordered 2 big kings through door dash and got a Whopper with cheese and a chicken sandwich. This was a door dash order and they gave us a hard time getting reimbursed. We called the store who said we had to deal with door dash which makes sense. However they asked us if we wanted a credit or reimbursement. We did not have a chance to respond when we noticed a credit on our account. The store told us they would take our information and have the food for us tomorrow. We have been going to this location since they first opened and we will never be returning.

Unfortunately met the manager tonight . Hes either a cheat or discriminatory but he denied me service for using the provincial survey coupon on the back of the recipt. Lied to my face about its eligibility even though its written on every receipt. Read the back, threaten to deny future service and refused to issue a recipt for my order. I had to sneak back and order additional fries to obtain a receipt. Deceitful practice. Defiently going to get eyes on this involved.
I was forced to barracade the drivethru in order to get the food im paying for. As if using coupon isn't embarrassing enough.
