Smallest piece of fish I think I have ever seen for an order and I had to pay extra for the cheap little packets of tarter sauce. The chips tasted good and batter tasted good, however they are being so cheap on servings it's barely worth it at all fish was 9 mm thick wirh the batter!!!

My boyfriend and I found this little place one day and now I’m hooked!!! I am not a fan of fish but I love fish and chips. I’ve never had a better fish in my life. The batter is light yet so crispy and the fish is cooked perfect inside. We had the halibut and chips and another with onion rings. You can’t go wrong with either! They give you the perfect portion to fill your belly! If you haven’t been here before RUN and check it out! We have been there 3 times in the last two weeks! LOL

Julie cooked us up a feast there haddock was delicious the batter was so crispy very unique tartare sauce and she was so concerned if we were satisfied great waitress cook and bottle washer the owner has to be very proud to have her as there number one employee! Thanks again from a couple east coasters we miss Nova Scotia but now we know where to get a piece Atlantic Canada haddock! Great job you guys

First time visit was very good, second time it was busy and only one person taking orders, the fish n chips were overcooked and it was terrible
Service was nice it looked clean. However the fish batter was cakey and the fish wasn't very fresh the chips were nice. The mushy peas were gross, couldn't eat them.

Was amazing service, and the food was beyond delicious wow! Best halibut in Bradford hands down. And when you finish eating you don’t feel bloating you feel light no oiliness in batter.. so crispy and tasty. 10/10 amazing price too

Well, I came to this place with my brother. I asked the girl how many pieces of fish the $14.50 service had and she told me two pieces, fries, I paid $3 for a salad service and $1.50 Pepsi Cola, when I went to pay she charged me $30. He included another service for $7.50 without even adding another service of fries that he brought, well I'll tell you something, you fooled me today, you won't fool me again, I will never go to Captain George's in Bradford!!!!

It used to be good, but I don’t know maybe it’s new owners or something, it has went way down hill and fast ! It looks like they take a normal sized pice of fish and cut it in half to say it’s now two, the fry’s are mediocre and the prices are insanely high.. No no no I wouldn’t suggest it anymore and I know we won’t be returning.
