Went in to order and the staff ignored us. So rude, we didn’t even order because they didn’t even seem like they wanted to serve us.

Asked for tartar sauce for the fish and chips 3 times and we were assured it was in the bag… when we got home noticed there wasn’t any.. don’t be so confident if you haven’t put it in.
Also the chips were very soggy and bland. No salt on them.
EDIT: The location in Port Perry actually looks after the clients. Without even asking them they put in extra Tartar sauce, Vinegar for the chips and Ketchup. Bradford location needs to learn from Port Perry location on service.

Just went to pick up dinner for me and my family. I’m extremely disappointed in the service that was provided and also the food portion that was given. I had called and asked to speak to my manager, she said that she was the manager. I explained that the portion of the fish that I paid over $60 was nowhere near what it used to be. I asked her since the portion was nowhere near expectation what would you be able to do, her response was you can leave a Google review. She said the fish is all 3oz you can see in the picture they are no where near 3oz and this is 3 pieces out of 6. She didnt try to reason with me or try to give me me anything for next visit. I will most certainly not be back and make sure to let others know how terrible the service and food is. Huge disappointment and $60 wasted

Very disappointed. Waiting for my pick up order at 5:30pm which was placed at 4pm. I saw priority was given to Uber eats while so many of us, over a dozen waited for our orders, was waiting for almost an hour or more so they can get the Uber eats order out first, which they clearly stated to us. I heard a customer say “I placed my order yesterday”. We paid and waited and waited. We had to cancel and go else where. I understand it’s Friday, it’s Good Friday, it’s dinner time, but come on I think priority should be given first to customers in person dining in or taking out, customers that are coming in themselves to pick up their orders. All I got to say is “wowwwww very disappointed in a place I enjoyed. Figure out a system that will work better than what you already have in place so everyone will be happy returning customers.

Smallest piece of fish I think I have ever seen for an order and I had to pay extra for the cheap little packets of tarter sauce. The chips tasted good and batter tasted good, however they are being so cheap on servings it's barely worth it at all fish was 9 mm thick wirh the batter!!!

My boyfriend and I found this little place one day and now I’m hooked!!! I am not a fan of fish but I love fish and chips. I’ve never had a better fish in my life. The batter is light yet so crispy and the fish is cooked perfect inside. We had the halibut and chips and another with onion rings. You can’t go wrong with either! They give you the perfect portion to fill your belly! If you haven’t been here before RUN and check it out! We have been there 3 times in the last two weeks! LOL
