Well, I came to this place with my brother. I asked the girl how many pieces of fish the $14.50 service had and she told me two pieces, fries, I paid $3 for a salad service and $1.50 Pepsi Cola, when I went to pay she charged me $30. He included another service for $7.50 without even adding another service of fries that he brought, well I'll tell you something, you fooled me today, you won't fool me again, I will never go to Captain George's in Bradford!!!!

It used to be good, but I don’t know maybe it’s new owners or something, it has went way down hill and fast ! It looks like they take a normal sized pice of fish and cut it in half to say it’s now two, the fry’s are mediocre and the prices are insanely high.. No no no I wouldn’t suggest it anymore and I know we won’t be returning.

It is a typical fish and chips restaurant. We came in Sunday noon and it’s pretty empty, got seated immediately. We Ordered:1. Kids Chicken fingers meal 5/52. Lunch halibut fish and chips 4/53. Strawberry cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory 4/5 (small slice at $10, and it’s not freshly baked)Overall foods here are good quality. Staff is welcoming and fast service. Love eating here NY girlfriend is from the USA ?? and I bring her here and it's our favorite place for Ceaser salad burgers onion rings and chicken finger dinners or fish and chips so good all thier food is great. Other food not deep fried in same as fish no fish taste on anything but the fish. That's great. Some places mix fryer oils. Anyways I love it on my way thier now.

Ordered take out halibut and kids chicken fingers. The fish was so over cooked which made the breading so crunchy. There was so much breading and little fish.The chicken fingers were 12 dollars for 2 small pieces of chicken. Not worth it at all.Won’t ever order here again.
I phoned in order, 3 orders of fish chips approx. $ 70. told 15 min,went to pick up, waited another 30 min . restaurant not busy at all. it appeared that the cooks changed in middle of order and replacement cook never had any idea about orders. as original cook left as soon as replacement walked in.when we went to eat ,found fish was really thin, over cooked and dried out, mostly inedible, chips were all hard and overcooked as well,,not sure if we will order from here again.

The following is why i'll give them three stars instead of five.My friends and I find it hilarious that for nearly a year now, the neon 'OPEN' signs in their windows are left on over and over and over when they're closed.If they think that'll get our attention, it's not a mature way to go about it. If you are open, leave those signs on. If you are closed, turn those signs off.Great food, but poor buisness habits.
