Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

We TRIED to go to Chucks in Bradford last night ( Saturday August 25th ) for a nice family dinner. We were previously at the Town hall block party and were excited to sit down and eat. The hostess came over about 5-7 minutes after we had walked in. The place was busy but still had a few empty tables. We were escorted to our table and sat down. After about 20 minutes and three hungry young kids complaining , I finally decided to get up and go to the bar and ask the bartender for some drinks. She questioned me as to why I was ordering at the bar and not with my waitress. I informed her that no one had come
To our table. She called out to the manager who didn’t seem to care. Couple minutes later the bartender brought us our drinks and walked away. We saw two waitresses standing around while the hostess cleaned off tables. Another 5 minutes go by , I lift my drink to take a sip , and realize there was a hole in my plastic cup which had now leaked all over my iPhone. That was it , we all got up
And left. HUNGRY and annoyed.
Service is absolutely horrible !!!!!! No one communicated that maybe they were super busy and behind. Terrible terrible lack of service and customer service. Will not be going back. Honestly the restaurant that was there before chucks was WAYYYY better !!! Chucks should close for good in tow.

I’ve been coming to chucks since it opened and can gladly say that the current staff are by far the best. Nayab always provides top tier, friendly service making a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Been a regular at chucks for years now, and I will say Nayab has been an exceptional Bartender. She always brings a great attitude to the establishment and is very warm and welcoming. this place is nothing without her. Ps. Hayley is the best server I have ever had. Both are a hoot!

I have been coming to chuck's since the beginning and I have to say Nayab has definitely been the best bartender I have come across. She does her job do goof and never fails to make me laugh. Management is very lucky to have her. Her customer service is only half as amazing as her

It's not a bad restaurant however, they need to improve in one area.
We sat on the patio (full of bees and flies), due to our dog.
When we ordered meat for her, steak 7oz(2), and hamburger(2), as a snack (she is a Cane Corso), the bill came to a total of $132.00 plus tip.
BROKEN DOWN:
two meals for my wife and I at $65.00.
Our dog's meat without the added fluff (fries, salad, or any extras just the meat), came to $48.00.
BROKEN DOWN FURTHER:
*2 burger meals/no side at $1800 (as per manager)
*2 steak 7oz at $30.00 (as per manager)

So we were charged for 6 meals, it appears.

We would spend anything for our dog, but it's silly to be charged a full meal when you only got, and only wanted meat!

Are we the only ones that think this is silly?

Would give 0 stars if I could! There’s a reason this restaurant went down hill before! Food still awful, cold, soggy, tasted like some items re-heated. Stay far away!

My wife and I went to have dinner at Chuck's, and Kayla was our server. Oh my god, she was exceptional from the moment we sat down. Her expertise on the menu guided us through what we should eat, and she took care of us frequently to see if we needed anything more. She just made my wife's and my night, and she definitely deserves the top spot in the hall of fame for the best server ever!

The food was delicious, the drinks were perfectly crafted, and the service was smooth and welcoming. Khushali truly made our experience at Chucks exceptional.

I have tried a lot of places in Bradford and this is the best spot for a good drink. Bartenders know what they are doing. They make my dirty gin martini perfect evertime. Best one in Bradford. Thanks for doing it right ! Also other beverages are good :)
