I went into this location to grab a dozen donuts. I was greeted right away and started picking my donuts after only ordering 4 donuts the associate stopped without saying a word to take an order over the headset for drive thru. Ok fine but then the associate continued to go make the order for drive thru. As if to say that drive thru is more important and if I want to be valued as a customer I should drive thru instead of coming in the store. I asked to speak to the manager and a supervisor came out was visibly upset with the employee for stopping mid order but the employee looked confused as if this is the norm and this is how they always deal with things. The supervisor apologized and the employee tried to justify her actions by saying she doesn’t want a line of cars to start. Quite frankly I love country style donuts but I doubt I will go to this location again!

Food is a 4 because even when made perfect it is still country style. But having said that, food is good and staff is great!

Usually l enjoy going to Country Style but lately it seems like they are not paying attention to what the customers wants. When l want a donut I go here as their donuts are alway so fresh, tasty and worth the money but today I ordered an apple fritter (which is on of my favourites) and it tasted greasy like it was deep fried, dry and a lot smaller than normal. Please don’t change the way you make your donuts. Not a happy customer today.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The ladies there are friendly and very helpful. The inside is clean and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back.

At first I give 5 stars but sadly Today at 3 pm this location didn't had any choice of muffins I like fruit and fiber or Morning glory or plain Banana Today and last week NOTHING Unfortunately I'm giving one star How can you runout of muffins
