Dear Review Reader . This place is only about dollars and cents and zero customer satisfaction. I buy coffee and a muffins every morning here and a Sub every Saturday. Asked for sunrise breakfast sandwich late this morning . All I asked was to substitute the bacon for a measly slice of Turkey . They wouldn’t do it . So much for appeasing loyal customers . I will no longer bring my buisness to this facility , ever again.

I love this country style! THEY HAVE THE BEST BAGELS!!! the customer service is good, drive through is fast and their coffee is great too. When in Bradford I go out of my way to go-to this location!

Worst country style! The staff is so ridiculous, very poor customer services from management to employees. We went in today to get a BLT and asked if we could have the shredded lettuce instead of the leaf lettuce, only because we know they have it there! But apparently that lettuce is only for subs so they would not do it. The part that is annoying is that we used to get it that way all the time , but it seems to be the same employee always giving us a problem. Like if you hate your job find a new one!

This is the worst location I have been too, how it is still in business is beyond me. Management needs a refresh course on customer service and lead by example. Can’t blame the staff only their leader.It is such a shame because all of the other locations I have been too have excellent customer service and great coffee.I don’t recommend visiting this location. You’ll only be greeted with disappointment and ignorance by the management team.
Today May 15, 2023 at 12 noon. I was in the drive thru ordering 2 chocolate muffin, western in plain bagel, bagel with bacon, Cheeze, 2 crosssand, 1 chocolate drink, 1 blueberry muffin. The men manager wearing black uniform and wearing eye glasses. I ask his name but he did not give his name to me. Is very rude and liar. He told me I cannot do asking what is my 1st order because they are busy. I said no other vehicle in drive thru it’s only me. He said they are busy assisting customer inside the store. I went inside the store it takes 1 minute because I’m only in the drive thru. When I go out in my car. One old men came out. Nobody inside the store. I took the picture to proof that nobody’s inside. If you need the proof. I can send it. I’m local in Bradford and I’m regular customer always buying in this store. Now, you lost your regular customer. The manager need to be train in Customer service and not rude to the customer and lying. He is not suppose to be a manager. I found out he is a manager when I call the store looking for manager. Lady answer the phone and he gave the phone this this rude and lying manager. He told me is the manager and he knows what happen that’s why I know he is the one I spoke to.

Tuna subs , got 2 x 6 inch subs , Not worth 16.24 dollars for the pair , Hardly any tuna on the sandwich , I was shocked after we open them after going through drive through !

Not a habitual coffee drinker but in the summer I don't mind cold/iced coffees. My favorite iced coffee is made here at Country Style. Always a quick drive through, always on point with order accuracy. Nothing to complain about, a coffee shop that makes iced coffee quickly that is delicious
