I don't usually leave bad reviews but I want to spare everyone some time. If I could leave no stars, I seriously would. Starting from the customer service from the owner himself was terrible. He kept talking over us not allowing us to explain our order,said he had no time to talk to me and hung up. Every single we have ordered, we have either recieved the wrong order or missing orders. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but this will be the last time my family, friend and I order from here again.

Great breakfast stop. Fast service, modest process. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast poutine. The owner is friendly and has great conversation. He came to the table with treats for the kids and to thank us for coming. Thank you VJ, we will be back.

I usually don't write low reviews, but after visiting Daybreak I regret spending my money there and will memorably have a low quality experience there. I encourage my friends and family to instead visit other places locally that can provide you with much better quality and service.I am leaving two stars for the benefit of the doubt that I visited on a "bad" day, since they were the few restaurants open on New Years Day.On the day I visited, they were not incredibly busy (as there were a few tables still empty). But I typically don't mind wait times. But when they exceed a total of 35 minutes after ordering, I was starting to think they forgot about my order.Now, thankfully the whole table didn't have to wait.. only half the table did! I had the privilege of waiting an extra 15 minutes after the other three people at my table had their food and starting eating before the rest of us did.Even better, they almost finished their food by the time we received ours! Great! Maybe it's worth the wait.. nope.It did not taste fresh and was if it was thrown in the microwave for a minute (especially the homefries).I only had three bites before I decided to just leave it instead of becoming sick.Highly do not recommend Daybreak to anyone looking for great service and food. Otherwise, its a great place for you!

Waitress is very helpful and does a great job. I had the keto breakfast plate, and I asked for it gluten free, but I think it might have gotten contaminated by gluten in transit. Eggs, bacon, and sausages tasted great though. The fries looked delicious, but are not cooked in a dedicated fryer. The prices are very reasonable.Dietary restrictions: I would not say this is a safe place to eat for gluten free eats, but otherwise great restaurant.

The waitress was amazing, checking in only when we didn't have a mouthful of food(biggest pet peeve to ask while our mouths are full). The owner is so pleasant and kind. You can tell he takes pride in the establishment and his staff.My favourite place to go in town.
