I ordered yesterday dec 20 around 9 pm. 2 medium pizzas with garlic cheesy fingers , 2 drinks and 4 dips.
I always order with dominos never had an issue. Delivery driver calls me because he cannot find my address. I was trying to give him directions. But he kept screaming there is no 46 number there is no 46. He was circling around my neighborhood for about 30 min. I kept calling back to give him directions but he was refusing to listen. And kept screaming there is no 46 house number. He didn’t know English very well. It was really difficult to communicate. By the time my food arrived after waiting so long, it was very cold . We barely ate. I live just 4 min from domino’s bradford. Never had a problem with any delivery driver. Very frustrating experience

Great customer service but their regular pizza is paper thin. I don't order thin crust but it's always thin. Are they trying to save money on dough? It only seems to be happening the last 3-4 times we've ordered. Deep dish is too much dough. I just want their old regular crust back. :(
