I ordered a pizza with bacon and pepperoni. The bacon was burnt! When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke with told me that it’s really supposed to be like this, even if they were to remake it. This has not been my experience at all—I've ordered pizzas with bacon many times before, and they have never looked this overcooked. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the response I received.

Super disappointed with Dominos Bradford. I had placed an order online back almost a week ago November 25th had it delivered. My order was missing an item (cinna stix) and they also gave me cinna bites instead of parmesan bites.. I had reached out to Dominos online regarding the mistakes they had made and the automated email said they would get back to me in a few days. I have yet to hear back from them. My family orders dominos pretty regularly especially from this location (probably 6-8 times a month). I had added my order number, call back number & my email and have yet to receive anything back. I had spent over 100 dollars and even tipped $10. I will be contacting head office and the store manager if I do not hear anything back soon.

Usually love this location, but whoever's closing tonight is a nasty piece of work. You don't treat customers like that. We ordered just over half an hour before close on a Friday, expecting the place to be open until 2am like other pizza joints on Fridays... We don't order regularly enough to have known the place was closing at 12am, and we ordered at 11:28pm, with the order finishing processing and going through at 11:35 almost on the dot.
[[EDIT: Came home to find the pizza had a pile of oregano dumped over the top, and part of my order is half cooked. This kind of petty crap is pathetic. You're at your job, to do your job. Don't ruin customer's meals and interactions just because you're tired of your life. (Added pics...)]]
[[SECONDARY EDIT: Hubby and I spent late last night and all day today with stomach pain and other stomach related issues after eating what of the order was salvagable... Big mistake.]]
I understand that I made my order late, I work overnights and mornings between two jobs- and just woke up craving Dominos. From the second my order processed, this guy called my number off my order profile to snap at my hubby and demanding to know how long it would take us to pick up our order. We explained we live ten minutes up the road, and headed out. Before we were even parked, he called again just to hang up before I could say much of anything. Ruthless. I just wanted some yummy food, won't be craving the service anytime soon, though.

The medium size thin crust pizza with Brooklyn pepperoni and new sliced bacon was outstanding! Perfectly done. Incredible taste and not overfilling. Best pizza I’ve had so far. Will be a repeat order for sure.

I ordered my food. I never asked him for thin crust they made both of my pizzas tin crust and I asked him. Why did you make it? They told me it taste good but I don’t like it and my kids don’t eat thin crust.
