Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and all the chicken was raw

Stopped in and had a wonderful lunch. Everything was fresh and made correctly.

Not really an appetizing experience when the girl is scraping guacamole and chicken from bottom of the tray ?. Chicken was incredibly dried out.

Bar burrito is around the corner. I highly suggest you go there instead.

Oh my goodness... best burrito bowl that I've ever had. The lady tonight was incredible. Super fast service, delicious food, and handed to us with a smile.
We will be back.

Burritos are always very well prepared with the good amount of all the ingredients required. Tasty and good quality plus the guac is always included, Tequila lime, Chipotle or the Thai sauce are all good.
The Staff is friendly and professional, busy or not they prepare the burritos with the same dedication always with a nice attitude and smile.
Wednesday's promotion: Small burrito for less than $7 and is not busy. Place is always clean and have 3 small tables if you want to eat there or just to wait for your burrito. Very recommended :)

Food was fine, the service was ridiculously slow and everything was very disorganized. I came in for 2 burritos, with 1 person in front of me, and didn’t leave for 25 minutes.
For what I saw the supervisor was very good but her workers needed some work.

I picked up two veggie bowls today and I am so happy with this location!!!! I cannot express how much better this location is compared to the one in Newmarket (a million times better). Pavan was the one who made my bowls today and she did an excellent job!!! Thank you!! Great job, keep it up!!! This is definitely my go to location now

I did not need to eat the size of burrito that was delivered to me. But I could not stop once I started. It was too delicious. I ate this whole thing. I’m still full. 5/5 dopamine boosting comfort food

Amazing burrito bowl! The two employees who made my order on Monday afternoon were amazing. They made the burrito really well. The portions were good and it was made fresh. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Keep up the good work!

This is forsure going to be a place to visit again. I went in because of a coupon, and it's a win. The nachos and salsa ? the nachos are warm, spiced, and a big portion. I don't love the salsa because of cilantro, but it was fresh tasting. The burrito was worth it too, and my gluten-free daughter loved the burrito bowl beyond expectations!

I placed an online order for some burritos before heading there for pick up. The food was tasty with just a few things to improve. The burritos did taste fresh. I like that guac is not an add on. We also got the burritos on special deal buy one get one free for ordering online.

There weren't very many of the toppings we requested added to the burritos. Also one was a bit watery. It was clean in the facility but really hot. I found the wait time was long too. They told me 5 mins but it was more like a 12 minute wait once I was there. I would go back but wouldnt go there on time because they were really taking long if I'm doing an online order.

The staff was polite and friendly.

We've been to the Bradford location multiple times and have always enjoyed each visit. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The food is also extremely tasty and filling. We definitely do recommend this location to other residents of Bradford and the surrounding area!
