Got home and realized they changed my entire order, double charged me. Called back to rectify the situation only to be told, if I wanted their mistake rectified I would have to pay again. This was the second time the same guy did this. Won't belittle them in any way but I will never return to this place.

I called this morning and I was asking a man if they make home deliveries or if there is an option and the person hung up the call on purpose, I called again and the calls ended immediately, then he answered very mad saying “I told you not deliveries” All the time mad and yelling since the beginning. The food is amazing but not the customer service by phone call. it's pretty bad!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Save your money and your appetite! I FOUND A BUG, a flying ant to be exact, in the noodles. My fiancé works in the food industry and was talking to some high school kids who frequent the plaza for lunch breaks. He was warned by the kids not to order from Great Wall because “there’s bugs in their food” I guess he thought it was just high school kids being kids. But NO! He bought food from Great Wall and brought it home. Of course I had some, and THERE IT WAS AN ANT WITH WINGS IN THE RAMEN NOODLES AND SESAME CHICKEN!After I already ate a few bites. I’m just so disgusted. The fact that numerous people have experienced this, it’s not just a one off incident type of situation. Apparently it happens often from what I’ve heard now. And it’s concerning. How do they pass their health and safety? I’m so grossed out. Save your money

Been ordering here for several years but over the past year food quality has deteriorated…is bland and tasteless now. Egg roll is really a spring roll with an off taste. Pick up was on time and ready. Order was accurate.

Definitely my go to for Chinese food take out in Bradford. Always fresh and well prepared. No greasy taste or heavy feeling in ur tummy after eating. They tend to be a bit short with customers but I think its just more the language barrier. My favorite thing on the menu is CRAB RANGOON. Just love them.

We usually order from Great Wall as we love to support our local community and their food is great. However, I ordered from them recently for a party and spent over $250 but the food was bad, there was no taste for the Singapore noodles and the ginger beef had 80% vegetables and only 20% meat. My guests literally had to dig the tray for the meat and they repeatedly mentioned that the food had no sort of taste, which was so embarrassing for us. When I called the store and spoke to one of the lady owners her exact words were “do you know how much beef costs for us”? Really, who says that? We all live through inflation and we know prices have went up,if your spending more for beef, bump up your prices and give the proper amount of beef. In fact, when I was placing the order in store for my party I’ve specifically mentioned that I wanted more meat and that I will pay extra if I have to but they said they don’t do such thing for party orders but at least give your customers half meat and half vegetables. Moreover, the man in the back (I think he is one of the owners too), he is SUPER rude, no sense of manners or respect in front of customers, he screams all the time. This store is a no go for party orders.
this was so yummy food. there rice is so good n yummy. my friend Stephanie works here she so pretty. the food was bomb definitely always gonna come here. I wish they would still be open around 3 am to 5 am cus that's usually when I eat.

2x guy taking phone and desk order always over and beyond customer service, conforming specifics of order to kake sure they make the exact dish u want and even communicating with chefs... that kid is going to be a great man in life. Very nice buffet served hot and fresh. The kitchen supervisor was attentive to the buffet.We were greeted with a smile and our waitress was quick to bring our drinks and clear our table of dirty dishes.
