i ordered an angus burger today with onion rings and apple pies and after 1hour i was throwing everything up and worse experience ever never happend before when i ordered harvey's but i think something wasent cook properly because they never a happens if this happened to anyone else recently then there has to be a big complain

We just went through the drive way to order the burgers for our family. Really disappointed with the haste and non courteous behavior of staff- satinder! She was reluctant to listen to us and take our order. She paid little attention to our details and then she told she is unable to hear us and we were told to come to the window. There she displayed very offensive attitude too. We left canceling our placed orders too. We have been to other Harvey outlets with more courteous staff.she was hesitant to put us through any other staff and finally we had to leave. This was totally unacceptable when customers come over hungry. We have no issue with the food quality but the service was very awful!

I recently ordered the buffalo chicken poutine and the Angus meal at Harvey's, and I was really impressed. The food was so fresh and tasted amazing! We decided to dine in, and even though there was a line, the staff were super friendly and quick in getting our food to us. The Christmas setup in the restaurant was also really impressive for a fast food place—such a nice touch! Overall, I was really happy with both the quality of the food and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Worst Harvey's I've been too. Staff are unpleasant, won't let you use the same coupon twice on a order, they all speak to eachother in there native tongue not English around another co worker who looked confused and seemed uncomfortable. Washrooms were disgusting toliet paper everywhere. The napkins salt/pepper, ketchup packs were all behind the counter. Won't be back!
