Closed main area and washroom area 3 hr before closing. What the point in building modern restaurant.
Main computers not working, stuff seems to not care at all.
Location is wrong on Google maps. Can’t suggest the edit. Took 10 minutes to actually find the restaurant. I do search places mostly using Google maps, that is frustrating.

I have been coming to this location for the past couple of years, most of the counter health has been good minus the odd times that they don’t get your order exactly correct the way you want it done. Overall, for a fast food restaurant, they’re OK.

I had a terrible experience. Placed an order for delivery, when an hour and 30 minutes went by I called the location and they said they didn’t have any drivers. No apologies for not even calling me, and no compensation for the inconvenience or neglect that I received.
On top of that, I placed the order on Thursday and come Monday I had to call about my refund. They couldn’t find my order and only until I called on the Monday did they finally acknowledged to cancel my order that I placed on Thursday.

We ordered a bucket and they made us wait 30 minutes.when we finally got it the food was gross and the breading wasn’t even sticking. I thought if we had to wait so long we wouldn't get served slop but I guess not.

Absolutely horrible service/understanding/quality. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’ve gone here three times and will NEVER go back. Takeout and Delivery was a disaster and took almost two hours to get sorted out lol
