Chicken was soggy. Gravy had absolutely no taste. The only items that were decent were the fries and onion rings. Will not be buying again, ever. If you choose to order the chicken buckets, don't say I didnt warn you!

Not sure why the staff here argue with customers about the drink machine having no syrup — the Pepsi was literally water. The male worker inside acted rude and completely unhelpful, while the drive-thru lady was the only one who actually helped us (even though we weren't in the drive-thru). And to top it all off, the gravy was mushy and the food was nasty.

Fries were so stale and was missing a thing of fries to begin with. Came back In manager said 2 min for fresh fries. She came back out to take orders and there are 3 people in the back doing pretty much nothing? They had to be told to put my stuff in a bag to be served. I got back out to the car and then I was missing my Mac n cheese. Horrible location. 1/10 would not recommend.

Picked up the 2 meal deal. I didnt have high expectations, but I was hungry, and exhausted. I went from the counter to the vehicle, where I tore into it instantly. The fries, ice cold, the chicken sandwich oily and tasteless. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich I had to toss before consuming the sandwich. The mildly warm popcorn chicken was the best part. We can all agree that fast food isnt quality, I get that. But rushed fast food prepared without care? 20 years ago my friends use to make and prepare food at the Bradford KFC and it was good. I cant recommend the food now. Sorry.

Went through the drive-through and picked up a deluxe chicken sandwich got back to the shop opened it up and there was a piece of chicken on the Bun no toppings or anything Went back and they offered to put a piece of cheese on it for me

This location is severely understaffed. The two staff members they have working are working very hard to keep up, not their fault. Waited 35 minutes for our order. There is no staff to work the drive thru so you are instructed to come inside and must order on the kiosk as there is no staff at the front either. Not fair to their workers to have them working so understaffed. The entire restaurant is filled with clients waiting.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to, took about 20 mins for two simple orders and when I finally got my food it was cold and sloppy, no napkins or condiments of any kind and the customer service was beyond acceptable. I don’t not recommend anyone supporting this location, do yourself a favour and drive to angus. You’d probably get your food and be back before this location even acknowledges you ordered food.

Food sucked. Not greeted by cashier when I walked in. Restaurant was clean. Chicken is so greasy like it's just sitting in it's own grease before they serve it to you. I told the cook there about it and she ran away into the back while I was talking to her. Manager looking guy came out I told him and just looked confused and had nothing to say. Never coming here again.
