Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service at the McDonald’s inside Bradford Walmart.
I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to discover it had been sitting behind the counter for more than 15 minutes. At no point was my order number called, and when I inquired about it, the staff member handed me the bag with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude.
When I questioned why no effort was made to notify me, I was met with rudeness and complete disregard for my time. I wasted the majority of my lunch break due to their negligence. I requested to speak to a manager and was issued a refund, but that does not excuse the lack of basic service standards.
This is supposed to be a fast food establishment. What I experienced was anything but fast, and the conduct of the staff bordered on negligent. This incident reflects a serious failure in staff training, customer service, and operational oversight.
McDonald’s corporate should be aware that this kind of behavior not only damages the brand but could also lead to formal complaints with customer protection bodies if it continues. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge others to consider their time and money before doing so.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. For a fast food place they sure are slow!!! We waited over 25 minutes for our food, if we were advised we’d have to wait for fresh food it would’ve been okay-however we didn’t receive any warning. When we were finally called the female manager/supervisor gave us unacceptable attitude.
As a fast food closer myself I know it’s hard but it’s certainly not that hard. The dining room was disgusting, fries were cold and we were treated with upmost disrespect.
We will not be returning and advise you don’t either.

I ordered 2 meals, one with medium fries and one large fries, and the burgers just warm. For $25 I got the thinnest chicken meal and the coldest and chewy fries I've ever tasted. The fries tasted like it's been sitting there for a while it's not even warm. The worst ever McDonald around, I don't know who managed this branch but servers are lacking of customer service and quality control!
Before going to this Mcd you should be prepared for long wait time as they hired those guys who don’t know how to respond and always late its just for coffee. Employees are not doing anything and if you ordered 2 items they just give you one and forget to give you another one and then when remember them they will say ohh I forgot.

I waited 30 mins for a medium fries, the man up front saw my order cleared it from the machine and just never did it. Another young lady came and asked me what I was waiting for I said I’d been waiting for fries for half an hour she then proceeded to drop the fries down as soon as I said that, so you mean to tell me you had no fries and the young man before you had no intention of dropping any down ???? To at least get it started ?? If I could give 0 stars I would I always wait the longest time for a simple order it’s ridiculous.
