I ordered 2 meals, one with medium fries and one large fries, and the burgers just warm. For $25 I got the thinnest chicken meal and the coldest and chewy fries I've ever tasted. The fries tasted like it's been sitting there for a while it's not even warm. The worst ever McDonald around, I don't know who managed this branch but servers are lacking of customer service and quality control!

Before going to this Mcd you should be prepared for long wait time as they hired those guys who don’t know how to respond and always late its just for coffee. Employees are not doing anything and if you ordered 2 items they just give you one and forget to give you another one and then when remember them they will say ohh I forgot.

I waited 30 mins for a medium fries, the man up front saw my order cleared it from the machine and just never did it. Another young lady came and asked me what I was waiting for I said I’d been waiting for fries for half an hour she then proceeded to drop the fries down as soon as I said that, so you mean to tell me you had no fries and the young man before you had no intention of dropping any down ???? To at least get it started ?? If I could give 0 stars I would I always wait the longest time for a simple order it’s ridiculous.

The absolute worst Mc Donald's out there. I waited 26 min for coffee's one morning a couple weeks ago. Put in a complaint. Manager emailed me and said they would send me a complimentary coupon. Never received the coupon. This week I went again, asked for extra pickles and onions on both the Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Big Mac. Got my order, drove home. Opened the QP w/cheese and no pickles. Opened the BM the patty and cheese were stuck to the box on the top of the bun. Like WTH. For those of you asking why I did not go in and complain is because I live 15 min away. It's just disgusting how management doesn't even follow through with complaints.

I decided to get an Egg McMuffin combo with no back bacon, extra butter, mayo and ketchup, with a large fries and medium root beer. I waited for 15 minutes before asking about my order, then was told that it was being made. Long wait but it was super fresh and was made perfectly with my customizations.
