I usually do not write reviews for fast food restaurants. However, I am writing this review for a reason.I ordered four times through Uber Eats and every single time there was a missing item, sandwich, fries or drink.I went this morning to get a quick breakfast, they gave me two Borito wraps with almost no fillings in them. Literally, it was few pieces of ege, two small pieces of sausage and some cheese, there was no filling at all. It is ridiculous to what length the managers in this restaurant go to cut down the cost at the expense of people of bradford.So basically I got two piece of bread, with a tee spoon of egg and cheese for 10 bucks.

I had to wait for a large coffee for 10 mins for someone to even look at the order and give me a warm coffee. They don’t even care at this location about how many customers are waiting. The lady at the counter pretty sure she is the manager, was busy bitching about another employee to a Walmart associate, never even bothered to look the way customers were waiting.

Every time they get the order wrong. Every single time! Making mistakes is the only thing they are consistent with. I ordered 2 meals and one of them was wrong.

McDonald’s isn’t somewhere you go when you want good food but I ordered a sandwich for my daughter who hasn’t been eating much after she got sick. Went out in bad weather to get it. Not because it’s healthy but just so she could eat something. The sandwich looked like it had been sitting there for hours. I can’t even believe someone knowingly put that patty in a sandwich. I’m baffled at the complete and utter lack of any quality at this place. I called to tell them not because I wanted a refund it isn’t about the money. I just needed them to know how gross it is that they believe serving this is ok. I won’t be back. Anyone reading this, the other McDonald’s down the road is way better. Take the extra few minutes to go there.

it took them 25 min to make a chicken bacon wrap . I asked for chicken bacon wrap lettuce only no sauce. on my way back to my house I checked it they put sauce only . I returned back. second time a guy brought it to my car I told him let me check it to make sure it's right . he said it's cold and I'm freezing( in a mean way) then I saw there is no bacon inside.i told him its not right again there is no bacon, he went back they put some bacon in it and he brought it back all open. lettuce was out of the bread .by the time that I got the right sandwich the fries were cold and not good toeat. all the time they mess up the orders.

Went there today for 5 min. Out of my 15 minute lunch break during work. (Walked away with nothing). So I Waited in line until an employee approached the till. At first I didn’t understand why she wasn’t asking me for my order, she was imputing a bunch of food items into system. Then after she called her manager for assistance, I found out she was skipping the line and putting in her own order as she had just started break. How unprofessional is it to have customers waiting for you to show up at the till and then order yourself food off the clock from behind the counter skipping a line up and making everyone else wait. I would have complained to the manager but she was a helping the employee inputting her order. Badly needs new management, maybe someone a little older with more experience. I refuse to return to this location and will commute to Tim Hortons for lunch everyday. If you like your food fast and warm I do not recommend this location

Rant warning, but all true!...This location NEEDS to be looked into!This is the SLOWEST McDonald's I have ever been to Manager or Supervisor in the bank doing the preping and cooking, 2 in the front and still can not get orders right!If I could rate it 0 (zero) I would..- Big Mac burger has way too much sauce, to the point it spilled out and came apart- McChicken burger was overdone to the point that it was dry and hard- I ordered an Iced tea and received something else- Tables, benches, and chairs are absolutely disgusting. I asked for them to be wiped down and cleaned. When I went to the table, it was soaking wet. Bench had what looked like dog hair on it still. Furthermore; when my wife wiped down the table that was done by the employee, the wipe that was used came out dark grey with dirt. I went to the front and attempted to get the managers/Supervisors attention. I called out 4 times until I got fed up and raised my voice a little. She turned and looked at me then turned away and walked away from me pretending I wasn't talking to her. I told her I was speaking to her and she replied "oh your talking to me?". I showed her the wipe used after the tables were "cleaned" and she said "oh well we are busy". There was 2 people at the counter that ordered already and the third left because it was taking to long.- Asked for vinegar and the employee said, "we don't have any" I in return told him to ask. He was told they are kept right in front of him, he then blamed the location of where the vinegar was stored.

I have been to this mcdonalds now a few times after COVID Pandemic, this is the ONLY mcdonalds that will not give any fountain drink refill. When I ask for a refill the managers respond back telling me because of covid restrictions they are not allowed to provide refills. This is July 2023! Ridiculous resturaunt and the stupidity of knowledge they have, The Pandemic is over and it feels like it's an accuse for this Franchise owner not to waste money on free refills that every mcdonalds is offering.
