This is a garbage dump, a place where people come to eat - it should be closed to do a general cleaning.. I'm afraid to imagine what happens in the kitchen, if there is garbage in the place itself, it's dirty everywhere and the employees don't know anything about cleanliness and order. Shame. I'm afraid to think how they cook food in the kitchen and in what sanitary conditions! We arrived and left! I don't recommend it!

I usually dont post bad reviews but I just had a 12 hour shift in toronto and I was starving so I stopped at mc donalds on my way home. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even speak to me at the drive thru speaker and then my burger had a big long black hair in it. I've never had an experience so poor at a mc donalds before. I wouldn't even come back if your mc donalds was the last mcdonalds on earth. Gross

This is the worst Mcdonalds we have ever been to. Horrible service, so slow, and order is wrong more times then not. Consistently they only answer one speaker in drive thru. And inside is always so dirty. We now go to the one in Walmart which isn't much better.

Kid-friendliness: Happy meal was asked for for cheeseburger and no pickles and we ended up with the hugest pickle in the burger my daughter was quite disgusted

Why does McDonald's clear the order board before you even walk into the store. I made an online order and I go in and my number gets cleared off the board as I'm walking in the door but my food's not even ready. I have to ask and verify if they have my order. This is happening at multiple locations. I don't know if they're doing this to keep their numbers up. I'm changing my review from a four-star to a one-star.
