This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this location now and this has happened, it was 9:15 pm (location is supposed to be open until 10) we Ordered a large assorted and large turkey sub. The employee seemed annoyed we were even there. We really wanted our subs toasted (which is a pretty normal thing for most people) and the employee says he turned off the toaster because he wanted to close early so couldn’t toast our subs.. This is the 2nd time now this has happened at this location and is completely unacceptable as this costed $27. The turkey sub tasted horrible since it wasn’t toasted. It was still almost an hour before the restaurant was supposed to close and really ruined our Mr Sub experience! This issue needs to be fixed as we are extremely unsatisfied!

What can I say, it's Mr.Sub so the food is pretty standard. I give this a 5-star because of the employees. The people are great. Really friendly and pleasant, always smiling. I find when it comes to chain stores, it's all about the people and this place has the people.

We have always loved this location and enjoyed going frequently. The staff have always been friendly and the subs were always fresh. At our recent visit we were told by the person working that there was a 6 topping limit and we could only choose one sauce. We have never had this experience in the past so this must be either a new policy for Mr. Sub company wide or just for this location. I have never had anyone tell me before you cannot have more than 6 toppings, as usual the price goes up and the quality gets cheaper. I'm not interested in paying over $12 for a sub and being limited to what vegetables I can have on my sandwich. I do enjoy a sub but I may visit another location or not go to Mr. Sub all together of this is the case.

This was hands-down one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. I ordered a sub and was shocked to find a hair in it. That’s beyond unacceptable—it's downright disgusting. It completely ruined my appetite and trust in the hygiene of this location.
To make matters worse, the employee preparing my food looked like they hadn’t even tried to follow basic cleanliness standards. They had a full, unkempt beard with no beard net, and were wearing no proper footwear—just some dirty-looking shoes that should never be allowed in a food prep area.
This place clearly doesn't follow proper food safety protocols, and it shows. If management doesn’t care enough to enforce basic hygiene, I can't imagine what else goes unchecked in that kitchen.
Do yourself a favor: avoid this place at all costs. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away. Health inspectors seriously need to take a look at this location.

Fantastic sub shop with the friendliest staff! Not only do they have late hours for those late work nights, but everyone is always so kind and welcoming. Toppings are always fresh and subs are always tasty! I love to get their salad from time to time and even that is always fresh and delicious. The entire restaurant is always so clean and in pristine shape! Highly recommend this location.

I visited this Mr. Sub today and it was an amazing visit. The staff there were really nice and were smiling through out the whole time I was there. They made my sandwich very good and it tasted amazing. The vegetables and bread looked very fresh and tasted fresh as well. I would really recommend this place, the environment and hospitality here was great.

This Mr. Sub is amazing! As soon as I walked in you could tell how well kept the store is, it was extremely clean and organized.
The staff greeted me immediately and took my order. They were very friendly throughout the whole process, ensuring all my needs were met by suggesting if I wanted certain things done to my sub (like getting it toasted which I almost forgot to do).
The sub tasted amazing. I got an assorted meat sub with a variety of vegetables, and the ratio of ingredients was perfect!
I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re wanting a sub!
