It's weird. I gave this place a good review because it's part Mr sub and part country style. I've never had an issue getting a bagel or breakfast sandwich etc. But man.... The Mr Sub. I went in today to use coupons I had and because they didn't have a barcode scanner they said they couldn't be used. There was a code that could be typed in as well, but the manager was adamant it must be scanned. I wasn't even that upset about it to be honest, but it sucked paying full price. I decided to order anyways, what can you do. I am ordering and ask for honey mustard sauce. They said they don't have any.... Previously I went there and they had no pepper sauce for the pepper chicken. Why don't they have ingredients? Pushing to pay full price and then not providing the options that are the most basic. I'm trying to buy Canadian, I am. But this time I just decided to go to Subway instead and get on with my day. Hopefully they decide to either shut down the Mr Sub portion if the business or do it properly. When the food is made, it is fine. So food gets a good rating.

On 11/18/24, I visited this location to claim my free birthday sub, but was not honored the offer. I showed the worker the email, and she prepared the sub and brought it to the register. However, the manager refused to give me the sub, stating that the location didn’t have a scanner to scan the email. I explained multiple times that the email didn’t require a scanner, and even showed my ID to verify my claim. Despite this, the manager dismissed me and directed me to another location with a scanner. When I pointed out that the sandwich had already been made, he said he would either throw it away or eat it himself. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing that he didn’t take the time to listen to me. This was a complete waste of my time, and I won’t be returning to this location. If you’re looking to claim your birthday sub, I would strongly advise against coming here.

I haven't had Mr. Sub in a very long time, I'll have to say that it's still consistent in taste! I had the assorted sub with the original sub sauce and it brought me back in time, everything was fresh and tasty as I remembered it. I'm going to keep my eyes open for a Mr. Sub when I'm out and about and looking for a quick bite ?

What is given at zero stars but there's nowhere to do that this place is dirty disgusting and the food at Mr Sub it's terrible nobody cares that works there don't believe me go through the drive-thru in order a sub they give Mr Sub a bad name

Mr Sub has been my go-to sub shop since forever. Only place that let's you dress the sub how you want and don't cheap out on the toppings or charge you for a little extra. Love supporting Canadian owned businesses especially if they make a delicious product every time. Employees are always friendly and welcoming and attentive. Sometimes when they are busy they still acknowledge they see me and always give me the "please give us a minute we will be right with you" that goes a long way as a customer. Keep up the great work
