Chicken was not fresh , asked the guy names sultaan to change the chicken with fresh one , but he served me with old chicken again . Very poor customer service and bad taste .

I went to other Osmo’s. This one wasn’t the greatest.You have one guy taking orders, taking cash when he was done cash me out didn’t wash his hands. Just put gloves on the shawarma bread tasted stale, wasn’t toasted. Enough everything just fell out.

I have been having lunch here 1-2x per week for around 3 years as I've felt that it is a healthy, tasty and affordable lunch. They raised prices occasionally during this time which is not an issue since everything has gotten more expensive. Quality over the years has been consistently tasty and only a few bones.
My issue is that, all of a sudden, starting last week, the portion sizes have decreased (maybe 30% smaller). I no longer feel full after a chicken shawarma wrap or chicken on the rocks.
Please raise prices if you need to. Don't be misleading and cut portion sizes.
I'm not sure if portion size is reduced at all Osmow's or if it's just this location.

I will let the picture speak for itself... The top is my Ozbox and on the bottom is my husbands meal. I was annoyed when I saw my small portion of chicken & huge amount of rice, but when my husband opened his, it was pretty frustrating. Just frustrated that the quality standards aren't equal across the team. Also, the sumac powder or garlic sauce wasn't added to mine even though I specified & no sauce for my Greek salad 😭 We love Osmows but this one let me down

Received food without fork and napkins really bad experience from the store. .not recommendable.. reported this issue and they offered me 20 percent off for next order. Personally I don't think that's the best option to sort out this issue .As a huge store they could have more options to figure it out this problem to solve customer satisfaction. .
