Went to get a poutine, and philthy philliys is usually our favourite. Asked for an original poutine with the veggie gravy. Was told that I had to get the beyond plant based poutine that costs $17 , more than the chicken bacon poutine my partner has ordered. He explained that I didn't want anything fancy, just a basic poutine with vegetarian gravy. The guy insisted that the only option was this very expensive one. Cancelled our order and left. I've been getting veggie gravy here for years, it doesn't cost more. I don't know what was going on but if the new policy is that vegetarian poutine is the most expensive thing on the menu, I won't be going back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Philthy philly’s,and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, with a great vibe and friendly staff who were happy to offer recommendations.

I ordered one of their sandwiches and this is what they gave me. That’s right , only one piece of bread . Essentially a soggy pizza now. Ridiculous.

The food and service were excellent.

It was my first visit here and Ravi took the time to go through my sandwich and topping options. You could tell he wanted to set me up with something I'd enjoy (which I absolutely did).

Top marks for the service and quality. I will be back.
