I order pizza from there my pizza was wrong and they took back the one that was wrong then made me a new one but instead of just letting me have the pizza that was wrong they told me to pay or they will be throwing it out. So I had to wait for the right one and not even be compensated for the mistake. The staff does not care about the customers, they just care about take your money and that is it

I had a really bad experience at Pizza Hut today. I asked the staff for some chilli flakes with my order, and surprisingly, they refused to give. I was shocked because something as basic as chilli flakes should never be a problem at a pizza place.
The attitude of the staff was rude and unhelpful, It felt like they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all.
This kind of service is unacceptable, and honestly, it ruined the whole experience for me. I’ve been a regular customer, but after today, I’ve decided this will be my last visit to Pizza Hut.
