I second the comment below; ownership change didn’t do justice at this location. Just got a pizza slice and it’s not even hot wth lol. So I paid $8 for a cold slice of pizza and a can of pop. What a steal :/

Terrible customer service. We ordered our food and after an hour the store informed us that they never received our order. The Bradford location offers terrible customer service and are not friendly at all. After an hour of wait, we were left with no food and no accountability. Will not be ordering from this location.

Unfortunately, Pizza Nova has really declined in quality since I was a kid. I’ve had two back-to-back disappointing experiences at this location.
The first time, I was told the wait would be 50 minutes on a Tuesday evening, only to pick up a lukewarm pizza. After calling to express my concern, I was given a store credit. I used that credit tonight and paid an additional $25 for a large pizza with three toppings and two sauces—which feels steep compared to other pizza places.
When I got home, I found the pizza was barely cooked. The pepperoni was still soft and underdone. I called again and was offered another credit, but at this point, I’m not even sure I want to use it.
This location has been particularly disappointing, which seems to be a trend based on other Google reviews. Sadly, even at other locations, I’ve noticed the overall quality from Pizza Nova has taken a downturn. Extremely disappointing from a brand I used to love. I hope the franchise takes steps to address these issues—this location especially could really use a visit from corporate.

I had a wonderful experience here, you walk in to the smell of fresh Pizza and a variety of slice options all ready for your choosing! 🍕 😋 The Pizza tastes sooo good and the pizzamakers are all a bit older, they make a great team! They’re so nice and hard working, I really appreciate you guys thank you!! 🙏 🙏
