The Bradford location offers terrible customer service and are not friendly at all. After an hour of wait, we were left with no food and no accountability. Will not be ordering from this location.

Unfortunately, Pizza Nova has really declined in quality since I was a kid. I’ve had two back-to-back disappointing experiences at this location.
The first time, I was told the wait would be 50 minutes on a Tuesday evening, only to pick up a lukewarm pizza. After calling to express my concern, I was given a store credit. I used that credit tonight and paid an additional $25 for a large pizza with three toppings and two sauces—which feels steep compared to other pizza places.
When I got home, I found the pizza was barely cooked. The pepperoni was still soft and underdone. I called again and was offered another credit, but at this point, I’m not even sure I want to use it.
This location has been particularly disappointing, which seems to be a trend based on other Google reviews. Sadly, even at other locations, I’ve noticed the overall quality from Pizza Nova has taken a downturn. Extremely disappointing from a brand I used to love. I hope the franchise takes steps to address these issues—this location especially could really use a visit from corporate.

I had a wonderful experience here, you walk in to the smell of fresh Pizza and a variety of slice options all ready for your choosing! 🍕 😋 The Pizza tastes sooo good and the pizzamakers are all a bit older, they make a great team! They’re so nice and hard working, I really appreciate you guys thank you!! 🙏 🙏

Quality has gone down. On my second last order they had forgotten an item and missed toppings - called the contact number and was given a credit. Came back to the store and gave them another chance only to be told they cannot accept anything (the person who takes cares of this was not there??) and have no credit for us. Customer service is poor. Pizza was not very tasty, toppings very spare and did not taste like it used to be.

Dominos is my usual pizza of choice, but not any more. I tried Pizza Nova on a whim due to proximity one day and it was so good! The sauce was fresh and light, while the crust was perfectly crispy and airy. We’ve had dominos since our pizza nova experience and we were disappointed by our dominos

Our favorite pizza place!! Whether is ordering slices or a whole pizza. Walked in the other day for quick dinner wanting slices, and they were offering a cancelled pick up order for half the price. Jumped on the chance to get a whole pizza, and we were so happy!! Also had great customer service from staff.
Today was the last time I ever go here. I have always been a big fan of pizza nova, offering the closest to authentic pizza out of all the chain stores. This location used to be good but lately it has gone to garbage. Wrong toppings, late delivery. Now I get a burn pizza with just small trace of sauce. Unfortunately we'll be trying out one of the other pizza places in town. Not really sure why corporate doesn't do anything about this location, clearly judging by all the other reviews there's a big problem

I dropped my slice on the way out and the nice guy behind the counter (sam) didn't make me feel bad about it at all just "sorry that happened" and "can i put a fresh one in for you". 5 stars for customer service!

Why do I have to search for toppings on my pizza?! Not sure if it’s just this location but the pizza is always dry, lacking cheese, and skimpy on the toppings! I gave Pizza Nova a try after a while but will not be returning. I’ll continue ordering from Reginos pizza where the pizza is full of toppings and the service is always friendly.
