I was very disappointed in my order today.. i purchased my pizza through the app & when i picked up my pizza, I opened the box and seen the wrong toppings . I simply brought the pizza back inside to notify the gentleman.He then took my pizza and explained to the lady in the back that the toppings were wrong. Another lady notified me that a new pizza will be ready in 10 minutes. Once i received the pizza & opened the box, i noticed it was the same pizza that was put back into the oven again with some of the toppings that I did not order on the previous(the pineapple)& my additional toppings mixed together.
Unbelievable.

The food is consistently excellent (wings, pizzas, pastas – everything hits the spot), portions are generous, and the service is always friendly and fast, even when it’s busy. Only downside: it can get REALLY loud, especially on game nights or weekends with big groups and kids running around. If you’re looking for a quiet dinner, maybe pick a weekday or off-hours. Still one of the best casual spots in Bradford – definitely coming back! 🍕🏒

Went to pizza pizza tonight, and honestly I wasn’t going to create a bad review but yeahhh no,
First issue I went in an order a panzo and I’ll be honest wasn’t the greatest service but tolerable. But at a certain point he told me the price and ask “can you see it on your screen” I said no, as I paid, he grabs the 20, ask me to check the receipt to make sure the order is right. Passes me the receipt and walks away, closing the till and not even waiting for me to check if the orders right and doesn’t hand me my change. My change was 1.50 and I know that’s not a lot but literally takes the 20 and walks away. Without even any acknowledgment that he forgot to give my change back. Mind you I didn’t want to be rude or say anything. So I didn’t say anything, so maybe could be my fault.
BUT, got home and started eating, I notice meat in my food (I don’t order meat on my pizza) so not only did they took my change but the made my order wrong and if I was vegetarian that would’ve been a no go. Ask to do this extra work to make sure they input the order right and still got my order wrong
So just heads up to people if you notice these behaviours
