Absolutely zero stars. This was my third and final attempt at 6 PM, 09 November 2025. I was served another cup of weak, lukewarm disappointment. The staff placed the stopper lid on so poorly that it was completely covering the opening, which likely prevented the water from even brewing through the coffee grounds. The result was a cup of unboiled, tasteless water—this is an outright failure in both procedure and quality control. You have proven yourselves incapable of making a basic hot beverage. A truly masterful performance in failure.🦶🏿🦶🏼

Went in for the new Christmas drinks on the first day and didn’t even get to enjoy the drink like it’s advertised ! No bear , no toppers . 👎

Vanessa the supervisor is so rude worst experience in a Starbucks. Also her friend said that she held Bear cup for her!!!! is that even aloud Starbucks????? Please have this girl re-trained she has no respect to customers.

This is by far one of my favourite Starbucks location. If you are ever in this town make sure you stop by. Robyn is always cheerful, welcoming and consistent with her demeanour. She is open to make recommendations if you ask and she is always correct. Thank you Robyn for making our experience a pleasant one.

Nasty little girl for a supervisor at 6:45 PM today. No customer service skills. Telling me that next time I should specify exact directions when she didn’t even ask me how I wanted my drink. With an attitude, rolling her eyes and shoving drink on the counter towards me. Little girl I pay nine dollars for a drink and not for your attitude. Also, she made my drink and added classic into it when I clearly stated not to. Shouting and arguing with me about what I SHOULD do next time when I was clear with what I ordered. Starbucks train your employee to leave the attitude at home with their parents.

One of my favourite Starbucks locations, always make the drinks perfect and super friendly. I came in about ten minutes before closing but the staff was still very nice and got it done quickly, great location!
Good luck getting a HOT chocolate here. It's always, always Luke warm at best. Service is fine. Atmosphere is a little cringe-y, tacky and a bit too gen z-ish.
Pretty ridiculous considering it's almost $10.00 for a hot chocolate. It's just to bad this review is meaningless and no district managers and/or corporate office workers will ever see or care to make a difference. It's a pretty simple fix one would assume.
