Good luck getting a HOT chocolate here. It's always, always Luke warm at best. Service is fine. Atmosphere is a little cringe-y, tacky and a bit too gen z-ish.
Pretty ridiculous considering it's almost $10.00 for a hot chocolate. It's just to bad this review is meaningless and no district managers and/or corporate office workers will ever see or care to make a difference. It's a pretty simple fix one would assume.

Service is terrible and very slow. Also, they screw up the orders 90% of the time. Ignore the notes when ordering delivery and miss items. Employees are consistently inconsistent with their service. Things down. Also, more than once they gave me expired products.

When to this location to meet an old friend over coffee. The walls, ceiling and floor are all made of hard materials creating echos throughout the store, making it difficult to have a conversation with all extraneous noise. Will not be back there for that purpose.

Inconsistent. Some days when ordering a standard chia tea latte with vanilla cold foam it is great and the next day they serve me boiling hot water with milk foam.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. If not daily, multiple times a day. I see the same baristas time and time again. I don’t complain when I wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I have always been easy and beyond patient. I don’t even have a tough order, never ask for things heated up because I know they’re busy. I like to think I’m considerate of their time. I spend on average $50-$75 at their location each week. I have never, ever asked for anything for free, or for anything to be re-made even when I receive incorrect orders. I’m sure they’re all just doing their best, and are inundated with traffic.

I asked FOR THE FIRST time ever about my ‘birthday reward’ (I reload my card on the app each time, etc). I was told it wasn’t eligible and she did not see a reward on her end. No problem, fine. When I asked about why it didn’t show, she didn’t have an answer other than she didn’t see one and I need to have at least ‘one star’ (which on my end I did). Just a petty, “how do you want to reload your card?”

Honestly, Happy to pay for ALL of my drinks as I ALWAYS have, but to be that snarky about it when I’m asking a question - girl, bye!!!! You couldn’t have just replied with, so sorry that’s odd. Let’s get that sorted for you. Considering I’ve never asked for anything. She physically sees me multiple times a week.

It’s one of those situations where it’s just simply the principal. Happy to go out of my way now to the other Starbucks in town. Really disappointed by this. So sorry for the inconvenience of my question.

Very slow service and absolutely not maintaining the cleaning the store. There is ants in store omg. So dirty all around the floor, wall are damage furnitures are very very dirty. I hope Starbucks management does better or just close the store. The place needs a deep cleaning.

Was here on Monday July 22, 2924. Got served by Angelle .She was fantastic! After realizing I was doing "community clean up", she offered me gloves, a trash bag and anything I wanted "on the house". I wasn't expecting anything but she totally made my day!. She recommended "Peach Green Tea Lemonade" and it was amazing! I told her manager what a fantastic worker she was. She served me with a beautiful smile, made me feel so welcome and was very appreciative of the work I was doing for the community of Bradford. ❤️

Amazing experience at the Starbucks at that location, they serve with a great smile even they are just closing, instead of this the makes the drinks whatever we want without any hitch and must visit again.?

Honestly, the worst service ever from a Starbucks. I was in line for over 25 minutes in the drive-through. One customer took 14 minutes why don’t you pull him aside rather than make everyone else late to work and they messed up my order.
