Drive Thru Lady was rude. I understand if it was provably a bit busy in there but she got upset when I asked if it’s possible to switch an oat milk to 2 percent milk since I can’t have oat. Couldn’t get a name unfortunately.

We had the pleasure of visiting this drive through and we were greeted with such a kind and positively uplifting barista! We got 2 drinks and 2 food items, the food was warmed to perfection and my drink was fantastic! The London fog was not exactly what we were expecting so I called the store and explained this to them. They were incredibly understanding and offered to remake the drink for us free of charge. We went back and the drink was ready when we got to the drive in window. Such amazing staff and prompt service. Officially my favourite Starbucks! Will most definitely be going back!!! Highly recommend!

Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged for about 10 minutes, even though there was no one ahead of me. It wasn’t busy, yet I waited over 20 minutes for my drink — which was also made incorrectly.

Mobile order is useless to this branch. I still have to wait longer than the estimated time. Today I ordered and it says it should be ready by 4:29, I was there before that. But I didn’t get my order till 4:38.. they finished the line up at the store first before making my order. So disappointed! I never experienced this in other branches. This place always make me wait. 5-10 minutes after the estimated time.

There is one worker here that genuinely looks like she doesn’t want to work there, always a frown on her face. Overall she was pretty rude to me.
I would go to the other location, the workers are so much nicer and don’t stress when there is an ounce of pressure.
