Seating area is small and it's very cold in the winter. The coffee at this location is watery and I advised the barista and she to give me another one. But it was still watery. The staff is not very nice here. I noticed they differentiate between customers. They say hi and welcome to "white" looking people and others no, even though we give eye contact and smile. It's very unfortunate.

Unfortunately not a good experience here. First off, they are not welcoming and nice like other locations. Also they don't put stir sticks out and cream is given so little. I have to ask always for more.

I always find this location to be super quick and friendly. I cannot speak for the drive thru, as I mostly use the app. By far the quickest location in town. On weekend mornings I find the wait time non existent. Everyone inside is always pleasant and the orders are always accurate.

I went there to study and the internet speed was great. I really liked Rose there, she has always been kind and she is extremely friendly. While I was there she was also being kind to other customers and wouldn’t get my order wrong. She puts passion into her work which I really like about her.

Staffs was so rude. I went to drive- thru order drink and gift card. The staff told me that I had to get in store to buy. I called starbuck and asked if they have that policy. They said no, I CAN buy anything on a drive-Thru. There another time I came in with gift reciept and product which my friend gave it to me. I asked for a return with credit store then they refused me. Told me go back to toronto where my friend purchased the product for a return. I called starbuck customer service again, they said I CAN RETURN AT ANY LOCATION as long as I HAVE A RECIEPT.

Waited a long time to place order despite there only being 2 other customers besides myself. Only ordered coffee and one other item, but the service person forgot it ( if had to be warm). Waited a considerable time. I then realized that the service person forgot mu order. No other customers waiting to be served so must have been conspicuous standing at the counter all that time but the staff did not even ask if I required assistance.
I will not be visiting there again. Better service at the street stall.

Nice place. Horrible internet speed. I mean I’ve never seen it being so slow at a Starbucks. Sucks since this is really not in control of the employees at the coffee shop but affects the experience drastically.

The first time that this location got my order wrong I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Tonight, I went to get a coffee and not only did they get it wrong again, but it’s also cold when it’s supposed to be a hot coffee. Horrible service!!!! I will be avoiding this location. I suggest you do the same.
