We had the pleasure of visiting this drive through and we were greeted with such a kind and positively uplifting barista! We got 2 drinks and 2 food items, the food was warmed to perfection and my drink was fantastic! The London fog was not exactly what we were expecting so I called the store and explained this to them. They were incredibly understanding and offered to remake the drink for us free of charge. We went back and the drink was ready when we got to the drive in window....

We went through the drive-thru at this location and were warmly welcomed by an incredibly cheerful and kind barista named Vic (her name tag even had a heart on it!).
It’s been a long time since we’ve encountered someone so patient and genuinely uplifting.
Just talking to her made our day better. We truly appreciate the outstanding service she provided and wish every Starbucks location had at least one team member like her!
