There is a woman working there who is very rude and doesn’t properly listen to our order. I asked for tahini sauce, but she gave me the wrong one. She was also very angry. My friends have also had bad experiences when buying from her. Please look into this. Thank you.

There is a main head lady ( employee) gujarati girl serving very bad . Her tone is so arrogant and i order a veg subway she cuts it with a same knife which used in non veg. She told me that go somewhere else if u want different knife cut she used same knife with veg and non veg . What is the service . Subway hired them for serving good to customers not for behaving rudely. This is not a good way of serving . So please take an action against it . I’m very disappointed with her behaviour.

Ordered a 6" Sausage and cheese breakfast sub. Mainly all lettuce, No cheese. Kind enough to provide me with a literal corner peice of cheese at the end of my sub. The sausage was also HARD!! (Under all the lettuce) Called to atleast get my money back or anything. I was told to come in the store and I had told her and explained that I couldn't do that. (Various reasons.) The Manager saying "No, Sorry" A few seconds later she hung up.

When we order subs on the app and then get confirmation that order is accepted and then ready for pick up. But when we arive the store is closed. Says it closed at 4pm so why was I still able to order on the appif u are closed,Get your guys store together.

I think she’s the owner there. Horrible customer service. Came across as very rude and greedy. Absolutely not friendly and acts ignorant when it comes to honouring offers by Subway. The young co-worker with her was the opposite! Very welcoming and kind.
