I accidentally placed an online order here and they hung up on me no less than ten times. It took half an hour to get it cancelled and they continued to hang up on me every time I asked. I shouldn’t have to waste over a half hour just to get my order cancelled. Insane and awful customer service.

Went in and ordered two subs. Used a coupon, cashier took my coupon and did not return it as she said it's a one time use. Other subways let you keep them to reuse them and promote multiple visits. The website says customer is allowed to keep them. The ladybwas rude when I asked for it back. Won't be back.

This subway made me an epic Italian BMT. The Italian herb and cheese bread was baked perfectly, and the sandwhich was put together well. It was truly the best subway sandwhich I’ve had in a long time that I can remember. Good job

I ordered a steak sub. It tasted spoiled and sour, which made me vomit. They also charged me an eat-in tax when it was a takeaway. Customer service was 0%; I'll never order from them again.

OK for a Subway, service is ALWAYS better if the uber-stingy Owner is not there, it's obvious the employees are on shells when he is around. Oh and stop asking me for a tip - your job is literally to make my sandwich.
