It’s a drive-through so atmosphere is not really relevant but there is a walk-in entry for pick up. Service is super quick and easy. Staff is very friendly! It’s probably the most popular drive-thru in Bradford quick in and out if you’re going north on Highway 11 as it turns into Bridge Street. My parents always stop here on the way to my house and always grab me a coffee!

Everytime I get anything from here it’s wrong - I ordered a plain bagel extra toasted (because last time it wasn’t toasted at all) with butter - this time it was BURNT and was cut with the previous customers order- which by taste it was a everything bagel & cream cheese. This is disgusting- huge health issues with cross contamination. Then when I went to take a sip of my steeped tea - i found out its coffees So glad I wasted 5$ on crap.
Do not recommend any tim hortons. Never consistent

One of the worst Tim Horton’s experiences ever. The location is tiny, so they are missing key items like milk alternatives. You can technically walk in, but they don’t have a proper counter for it, so plan on using the drive-through. The place seemed pretty filthy, with dozens of wasps and flies flying around inside, many landing on the baked goods. One of the order takers had extremely poor English and misunderstood my order several times. There was a general sense of confusion and lack of caring with the staff.
