If you order through Uber eats, they will likely mess up your order. I don't know if management changed, but the last few months, every time I order, something is wrong or missing (but I still get charged). Staff needs to do better at reading order instructions. Things with egg will also often have shell in it.

Afternoon about 6 pm, I was shipping in time Horton in their location for the first time and the cashier Harry was serving us so friendly the other cashier named Ola caught my attention to made me rush and keep asking for anything else!!! It was not really respectful and Ola was so rude, it's really disappointing! Because the other customers told me nobody wants to go to him!
I hope his manager knows about his misbehaviour!!

I ordered 2 chicken soup few days ago, and I was very disappointed. The chicken in the soup tasted like it's been sitting there for a while, nasty.
I don't know what the crew scooped from the brown container behind the counter/cashier close to the grill and put it on the take away cup and went in the back. The color of the soup should be regular chicken broth but it was brown. It smells but is not the normal chicken soup, I had to throw it out. What happened to quality control check?

I have to put a star or it wouldn't let me post it!

A long, thick black hair was tangled into the croissant, so much so that I could lift the croissant by the hair alone.

The store employee (Bud) showed no concern and told me to file a complaint online. He claimed he couldn’t see the hair I showed him, which made me wonder how thoroughly they inspect their other baked goods.

When I asked what measures would be taken to prevent this from happening again, he had no response. I then requested the manager’s name and contact number, but he said I wasn’t “privileged” to have that information.
