Only 3 competant and reliable staff in the whole restaurant, the place genuinely would be shut down without those three. Kudos to the elderly gentleman with the Newscaster voice, the elderly woman with the fantastic smile, and the kind young man with glasses and blue eyes. You guys are keeping that place afloat.

This location needs major personnel retraining. The staff are always extremely rude to patrons. They are far from quick. I frequent this location daily and there is always some sort of arguement between the staff and other staff or customers.
Just today I watch manager “Bud” yell at a uber driver who was waiting for over 20 minutes for his pickup when the food was already completed. After the driver left he ranted publicly and loudly how he was going to get that driver banned from the app.
All the staff here need retraining. It’s getting pathetic at this point

I hade order a toasted bagel one of the easiest thing they have on the menu and idk why but it in fact was not toasted. I’m sorry, but a bagel with cream cheese and not toasted is one of the most disgusting things ever.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location around 8:15 PM.
I ordered a cookie and an XL honey lemon tea (black) and asked for it to be cooled down with ice. The cashier (named OLA, not wearing a name tag) waved to his friend behind me and ignored me mid-order. He then served his friend before me, and carelessly dropped two ice cubes on the tea lid before walking away.
When I asked for more ice, he got aggressive, waved his arms, and rudely told me to move to the other side. I calmly requested a separate cup of ice (and agreed to pay), but he refused and continued being hostile. When I asked for his name to file a complaint, he began yelling, threatening to quit, and creating a public scene.
Another employee (Barbara - supervisor) stepped in as he physically pushed past her and continued yelling — clearly a violation of Tim Hortons’ workplace harassment and customer service policies. Barbara confirmed he had behaved this way before and was visibly shaken. Meanwhile, his friend verbally harassed my wife outside, mocking her for no reason.
This incident involved:
• Aggressive behavior toward customers and staff
• Verbal abuse and physical intimidation
Failure to wear name identification (against Tim Hortons’ policy)
• Violation of Ontario’s OHSA regarding workplace violence and harassment
• Neglect of customer service standards outlined in Tim Hortons’ own employee conduct training.
If Tim Hortons is serious about maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment, this employee should be immediately reviewed and removed. I hope corporate takes this seriously before someone gets hurt.

I never write reviews. After living nearby for a year I have to write one for this - the freshest food of any Tim Hortons I've EVER had. All times of the day, the food is fresh, nothing is dry like other Tims. Mobile order is on point and fast. Thank you, Thank you!

If you order through Uber eats, they will likely mess up your order. I don't know if management changed, but the last few months, every time I order, something is wrong or missing (but I still get charged). Staff needs to do better at reading order instructions. Things with egg will also often have shell in it.
