This store is one the best Tim horton's location. Staff are friendly, always fresh coffee and food. 5 stars to them in all aspects.

While the service is always friendly, the cleanliness is severely lacking. Washrooms are filthy which makes you question the cleanliness of the kitchen! Troublesome knowing we are approaching cold and flu season! I am here pretty much daily.

Long lines. Food listed are not available. Service very slow. Hot choc was watered down and tasted terrible causing more bathroom trips. We couldn't drink it. Many donut racks were empty so not much options.
Donut and muffin were good.

What the actually hell is wrong with this tims I'm making this review from the drive thru that iv been stuck in for almost 20 minutes what the hell is wrong with the staff here. 22 minutes on the dot waiting for a coffee and a tea your a joke
Tim Hortons is no longer Canada’s coffee — it has become Canada’s disappointment.
What once was a proud national symbol has turned into a brand living only on its name.
The coffee tastes flat, weak, and uninspired — as if it’s brewed from the memory of beans rather than real beans. Pastries are repetitive, often stale, and sometimes the hygiene of displays raises serious questions. Walking into a Tim Hortons today feels less like entering a café and more like stepping into a noisy transit station.
The staff work hard, but service feels rushed and robotic — scripted smiles, fast words, no real warmth or connection. This is not hospitality, it’s a production line. Even 7-Eleven now offers fresher coffee, better pastries, and more variety than Tim Hortons.
This brand risks losing everything it once stood for. Tim Hortons was meant to be part of Canadian identity — comfort, taste, pride. Now it is a shadow of itself. Unless management makes drastic changes to quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere, the chain will continue its free fall.
Customers are not blind. We notice. And we are leaving.

I bought breakfast here yesterday and felt that the hygiene was much worse than before, with several flies seen in the food cupboard and in the operating room.

Hi, yesterday morning I went around 10:05. I bought a coffee and a sandwich. When I went to the window I asked the lady for the stuff I ordered she had glasses. I kindly asked the lady if I could have a tray to hold my tea, and she immediately started to get mad at me saying that I couldn’t order at the window and had to say it earlier. I have been a regular costumer for about 4 years and I have never seen her before. Also, most of the time my order is always wrong. For example, my BLT had tomatoes when I sincerely asked for none. The lady got mad at me for no reason. Thanks.
