This Tim Hortons use to be the best in town, now you wait 10-15 mins for a coffee through the drive thru and don't bother going in because they just ignore you and prioritize the drive thru folks.

This tim Hortens staff are always rushing people, do not allow you place your order until the end..keep telling you anything else??!! , I cant hear you and when you raise your voice to continue you order they get offended saying you're yelling!!!

So this tims is sad now when you get a dink it's just looks so bad and like if there is whipped cream that goes with it there is like next to nothing on it, I used to like this tims but honestly it's going down hill

Once again, I go to a Tim Hortons and there are no hockey cards. If you are going to have a hockey card promo, then have them available.

Advertised on front door and online as 24 hours and do not open front end until 5am. I understand there may be a safety risk of being open 24 hours at the front end, but then state your hours more clearly.

Rude to gawk at your customers because they arrived according to your posted hours.

I have had a couple of minor issues with long-time staff here. And they don't handle issues well.

If my coffee is burnt, take from a different pot when u replace it, and don't be sassy about it... I paid for an "always fresh" coffee. I'm patient and kind when bringing up any problem and deserve to receive what I paid for.

To no fault of the buisness, but just a tip for non-regulars:

I don't prefer this tims, as the atmosphere can wind up being that it is over-run by students (as customers). The other locations in town tend to be quieter and less chaotic in the dining area.

Drive-thru service is alright, but if you go when it's busy, there is a lot of congestion to get in and out.

To be blunt my take is, use drive thru if it's not packed otherwise go to another tims in town.

Two thing, one I would always come to to this Tim before school last year. It’s was amazing every time! And two today I had accidentally pre-ordered to Tim Hortons downtown instead of this one, and instead of having me walk all the way down there they had made the food there for me and called up the other Tim Hortons to let them know. I appreciate to so much and as always, the food is amazing ?
