i would argue that this location has the best food compared to the other locations in bradford, BUT the customer service isn’t great. management hires staff that aren’t properly trained to be taking orders, i almost always have a hard time ordering and often get my orders messed up. I LOVE tim hortons candy cane hot chocolate, and have been dying to grab one this season. Yesturday evening i went to grab myself a candy cane hot chocolate, i had to repeat and clarify what i wanted almost 10 times as they continued to put my order in wrong, i still ended up with a messed up order. instead of a candy cane hot chocolate i got a regular white hot chocolate and a medium instead of a large. today i went back hoping to finally get the drink ive been wanting. it happend again, bad communication and a messed up order. this time, instead of my candy cane hot chocolate , i got a regular hot chocolate. it’s like it’s almost impossible for the workers to get an order right lately. this is frustrating and stressful and i just hope this tim hortons will take their training process into consideration so customers don’t leave dissapointed like i have.

This Tim Hortons use to be the best in town, now you wait 10-15 mins for a coffee through the drive thru and don't bother going in because they just ignore you and prioritize the drive thru folks.
