This is a good Wendy’s. It’s clean the staff speak English and the food is fresh. Not that common Canada anymore.

I’ve really had a lot of issues with this location over the past few months. A few months back I went with my pregnant wife to this location and I ordered 1 combo of the Dave’s double for her and a spicy chicken sandwich combo for myself. Hers had bacon in it for whatever reason after I mentioned please be aware not to add bacon cause we are Muslims and do not eat pork and my spicy chicken sandwich had hair in it. All this was discovered to my surprise when I got home with the food and by then it was too late to go back to the store and the food eventually was spoiled. They left no receipt for me in the bag so I called the store directly to inform them what happened and I spoke to the manager where his tone was disrespectful & I felt like he was challenging me as if I was telling a lie trying to claim that these mistakes would never happen from their end. I kept it respectful the entire time and I explained that clearly these mistakes did happen or else why would I waste my time to make this phone call when I could be eating. In the end he offered me 2 free meal coupons that would be delivered in the mail, months pass by and of course I never received it. When I went into the store myself to buy some breakfast a few days ago I mentioned to them about my last experience and how I never received anything and it was a different manager and when he went to the back to check their system he claimed that my complaint wasn’t on file and I asked what time that manager I originally made the claim with is coming in and if he can call me and of course nobody ever reached out to me. The cherry on top is that breakfast I got the food was cold & disgusting. The egg n cheese was cold, the English muffin was stale and the French toast sticks were cold. I will never be returning to this location in my life again and I may never buy Wendy’s again because their competitors provide a better service in my opinion and I’ve almost never had any issues with them. The customer service I received from Wendy’s is actually really disappointing and I’d warn people to think twice before ordering food from this location.

Sean is a disgraceful manager qho encourages bad behavior within the staff. This location no longer accepts $50 bills and has no certfication system to check your bills when they are available and in many stores instead I had very rude interaction with their manager Sean. Sean was a classless act and didnt want to explain why they had no solutions to certify bills and let me know he had a line up instead of answering my question. When i did go and get cash to order not only did Sean drop my food on the floor and try to give it to me, he laughed about it with the staff. I told him I would report his behavior and he mocked me with the staff. I refused Seans meal and she gives Wendys and the people of Barrie a bad representation, I am from out of town and Im so disgusted I hope i dont have to go to Barrie again, they ruined my time there. Thanks. You should be very ashamed of yourselves.

On November 7, between 10:50am-11:10Am. I ordered four spicy chicken combos and asked for fresh fries with no salt. The staff at the drive-thru window hesitated. After paying and getting home, I realized the fries weren't fresh; they had been re-fried and salted. The customer service and the audacity to re-fry the fries I ordered fresh astonished me. It was disappointing, and the lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwiches appeared to have been sitting for hours—nothing fresh. It was the worst experience I’ve had, wasting nearly $50 worth of food. I won't return to this location, and I believe the employee at the window should be terminated.

It's very rare to have impressive customer service this late in the night but we had a very kind worker who put alot of care into packing and handing us our order, get that guy a raise!

Washroom are so dirty need be clean
Clean bathrooms with baby changing table, ample parking; many tables and chairs. Definitely a good Wendy’s
