My first 1-star review - tried to contact Wendy's corporate to notify them but they told me they would contact the location to report my concerns but I hadn't even given them the location or receipt number for them to look it up.
Absolutely filthy location - went in at 11AM and apparently cleaning isn't on anyones checklists. We ordered and once I left the counter it was gross everywhere, specifically the pop machine which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days and was covered inside and out with cola syrup remnants. When I went to the counter to ask them to fill the cup up using the drive thru machine, they refused saying they didn't have anything in the machine.
I have decent standards but don't think I'm a prick to expect a basic level of cleanliness. Will not be returning.
There was half an inch of urine on the men's room floor. Unacceptable

Management needs to do something about the teenagers hanging around the front counter chatting with the employees. Employees Handing free food out the side door to friends, leaving them distracted and getting orders wrong. It makes a very uncomfortable environment for family dinner.
