The service is absurd no effective communication what so ever and the meat portions for the tacos are ridiculous.
The lady’s behind the counter need to treat customers better.

Placed an order through DoorDash. Restaurant accepted the order and it said they started to prepare it. A dasher was sent and waited at the restaurant for the order. They were then denied and a new dasher was sent. However when the dasher arrived apparently the restaurant was closed and they were unable to pick up my order. 40 minutes later my order was cancelled. By this point everything was closed and I was unable to get food from somewhere else.

I wouldn’t have minded if they had of just rejected my order and I could have ordered somewhere else but it was the fact that I waited so long to not even receive anything.

I also work for a restaurant who uses DoorDash so I am aware that the restaurant themselves are capable of adjusting times and cancelling orders at any point. So for the fact that they not only wasted my time but two separate dashers time who arrived at the restaurant for them to be closed and unable to retrieve the order is kind of sad…. Not to mention that door dash has a hold on the charge while I wait for the refund. So as a result I had no food and am out $100 for a week all due to poor service from a restaurant that is inconsiderate to their customers.

I am a repeat customer who frequently places quite large orders from this restaurant. However looks like I will be looking for a different restaurant to order from that provides better service to their customers.

The jerk chicken is good. The only thing is they wrap your food with almost like a paper wrap that sticks unto to the food.

i love this barburrito! i come here pretty often and it’s always so good! service is awesome very nice people, and i never have a complaint about the food. best tacos too my favourite is the carnitas tacos.
