Ordered on uber for pick up, this lady insisted I give her an order number when in actual fact I did not need to show that for personal order. That aside, she coughed all over my food for a good 2 minutes, no apology but a disgusting attitude!!! The food was terribly packaged , not care whatsoever. Had to throw away the food, cause I don’t know if she contaminated it what sort of gems, all in all…BAD SERVICE

Got a burrito that was absolute garbage, stale food, tiny portions, and completely not worth the price. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Worst experience ever.

Guri, Neet and Suhk are so fantastic and patient with my little ones. Anytime we suggest takeout they immediately want to go see these three amazing individuals.

This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. The girl at customer service was extremely rude. She forgot to add any protein to my quesadilla and then asked me to pay extra if I wanted it corrected. When she finally made another one, it was burnt. The customer service here needs serious improvement so that people can actually have a decent experience.

Ordered a burrito bowl. The flavor? Solid. The freshness? There. But when it came to toppings, it felt like someone hit the brakes halfway through making it. A burrito bowl should be generous and balanced—this one leaned heavy on the base and light on the extras.

I’ve seen other reviews talking about big portions and generous service, so maybe I caught them on an off day. Still, for the price, I expected a bowl that looked as good as it tasted. A little more care (and a few more toppings) would make all the difference.”

Lady behind counter don't know how to do customer service, first she put very small portion of toping except lettuce and she didn't put food in bag and after ask for bag then she put and said take cutlery and pack byself

At lunch today, husband and I ordered a small burrito. The lady at the counter smiled and started making our order. Apparently it's national burrito day today and regular burritos were half price, no sign on the counter with this info, nor did she let us know if we ordered a size up it'd be half price. Only notice of burrito sale was on the BACK of the entrance door. Very disappointed the person at the counter didn't mention this, feeling ripped off as my husband and I regularly eat there once a week.

The service is absurd no effective communication what so ever and the meat portions for the tacos are ridiculous.
