I felt like I have wasted my money here. Spend around 42 bucks for mediocre large pizza which was supposed to be Indian style pizza, it wasn't and ordered Loaded Potato Wedges, which didn't have cheese. I mean what kind of loaded dish doesn't have cheese in it. Display menu clearly shows loaded potato wedges with cheese but they do not even add cheese in their dish. We waited around 30 minutes for our order, the person who took our order, she said it would take 10-15 minutes. Wait time was too long and just not acceptable. Very much unsatisfied customer service. Would never like to go there. Overall quite bad experience and waste of money.

Today was the second time ordering from Big Box Pizza. A few weeks ago we order the meal that came with wings, pizza, potato wedges and garlic bread fingers. The food was delivered hot and fresh and ahead of the time stated on the phone. The delivery guy was super friendly and happy to chat with a first time customer.
Today we ordered panzerroti and garlic bread. We picked up this time, service was friendly in the store. (Not as bubbly as the delivery driver but professional none the less)
It was good to try all our favourites! Portions are big, quality is great, speed is great.

We are new to the Ayr community and drove into Paris for some food. We decided to try Big Box Pizza and unfortunately it made my husband and I feel very sick. Our stomachs were in so much pain and we didn’t feel well for the next two days. I think the cheese or sauce was bad, something was off, and the pizza tasted pretty awful.

PIZZA IS AMAZING! one of the best of my life! now it looks like they are unsanitary but they wash their hands like every second, the pizza is so good, not too much sauce, amazing crust and its just amazing! garlic cheese sticks will make you full so quickly! 9/10

I decided to give this place a try since we always order from the same pizza spot. I was skeptical given the negative reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. I had a lovely conversation with the owner when I picked up the pizza. Their XL is definitely bigger than what I'm used to and they do not cheap out on toppings. I will definitely be going back for more pizza!
I had an open conversation about the negative reviews to see what management thought about what is being written online. I have to say this. When there is genuine room for growth and constructive criticism, it is fair to give that feedback and share your reviews online for others to see. However, it is misleading and bad faith to be giving bad reviews due to personal vendettas or in cases when a mutual solution has been found or it is not entirely the store's fault.
Personally, I walked in today and saw an entire family working together to run their business. All else aside, I have empathy and respect for that. Just like many of us, it's just another family trying their best to work hard and earn a living. I see that customer service is an area of growth but let's not use racial slurs or hate speech here. It's a little too much and just disappointing that people can go to that extent. A bit ironic when you're criticizing someone's professionalism by getting personal.
Pizza was great. My interactions were wonderful. I'll definitely be going back!

I came in last week I ordered 2 xl pizzas with 3 toppings on each, when I got home the pizza was Burt and missing half the toppings. I ordered 3 toppings on each pizza and the amount of toppings I got was disgusting.
This store is run by a bunch of packies that don't know how to make a pizza the right way. I called back and was offered a meal replacement credit. Now I called in to use the credit and was told there is no credit
This is a great spot to grab pizza in Paris! They have excellent deals and the pizza is always made fresh and loaded with toppings.

I had a takeout of cheesy bread and samosa poutine today and first of all me and my friend had to wait 45-50mins for this order, when we were told initially it will be ready in 15mins.!! The staff was sitting together chatting away, not taking care of the order. Secondly, when we got home after pickup, the cheesy bread was so burnt we couldn't even take more than a bite off it and the samosa poutine was stuck on the bottom and the rest tasted over roasted.i paid $21 and had to garbage it all! I called restaurant they tried to explain me how the veggie samosa is supposed to taste burnt?!! The lady asked me send her the pictures of the food and said she cant do anything about it. Absolutely ridiculousNot recommended at all.
