I ordered $80 worth of food which included 4 pizzas and wings. They messed up two pizzas and when I called store employee acknowledged their mistake and said they will deliver new pizzas and call me back in 10 mins after talking to owner. After waiting almost an hour when I called owner was such a rude human being shouldn’t be in restaurant business and customer service completely declined request and said manager has no power in the owner. Such a bad and rude behaviour. Paris is a small town and word goes around I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone going that place. That rude person doesn’t deserve your hard earned money.

Pizza and wings were excellent. Speed of service was good. Honestly I had difficulty understanding the server but with a bit of back and worth and pointing at the items, we did get what I was originally looking to order. We’d definitely go back, no hesitation.

Being new to the town of Paris, thought I'd order a pizza from Gino's, 1st call they answer, and hang up, so I thought I'd call back, the young lady did say Gino's pizza then put me on hold I waited for ever, so I hung up and called back the 3rd time, half way through my ordering again put on hold, REALLY. MARIO'S PIZZA IS SO GOOD, WOW. you've lost this customer Gino's, hire extra staff that can handle you business.

The pizza here is really delicious! The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh, and the girl working there was friendly , welcomed with a smile and the service was quick, I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place!
As a repeat customer from numerous occasions, I'm a little disappointed with the service I received today. I simply called to inquire about the sticker, left on my box for customer appreciation and free delivery or free pizza sticker that was presented to me with my last order last week. This became very difficult for reasons I cannot explain. All I was asking for is the coupon you provided and now I am told it is not valid. As a new pizza place to Paris and a small community, the word travels quick. Furthermore when I suggested maybe I should go to another pizza store in town as told that would be a good idea and should take my business elsewhere. Perhaps the young lady that was working could have handled the situation differently. I will be taking my repeat business elsewhere in future. Beside you always burned my pizza and cinnamon bits anyways so no loss no foul. I look forward to hearing from corporate or the management team.
