Wow, this might just be the most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever experienced, as soon as you open the door it smells like sewer gas. I was the only customer inside and my order took 25 minutes to make. The chicken in my taco tasted like it was 3 days old and microwaved. My fries supreme was cold and very undercooked....possibility also microwaved. I will never go back.

The lady who took my order is very nice and they follow health safety code the guy with a great was wearing a beard net I’m happy to see health standards well kept good job

Staff need English language training. If you work with the public you need to understand the language. Gave our order and the chicken did not understand what we were saying
This is not the first occurrence. We ordered a small order at the drive thru (twice now) and have been asked to pull to the front and they will take our order to us. 10 mins later, walked inside to see where our order was and seen two of the female employees doing what they did last time which is just stand there and talk. Once asked where our order was they say oh yeah we are working on it , then starts making it quickly. Another time as we ate inside we witnessed this happening to another customer, he stated he was waiting outside for 20 mins and they were just there once again talking to eachother rather than making the order. The only upside about this , is there is always the young gentlemen cleaning the dining area and comes to the customer and apologizes for the issue, even though he had nothing to do with it.

We stopped into the Taco Bell in the north end of Paris, and were blown away by the tremendous customer service we got from Smit. Even though it was very busy, he took the time to help us with our extremely big / goofy family order.
